Summary of the next semester work for the 2012-2013 school year
This semester, I continued to undertake the teaching of 15 classes in grades 1 to 6 as in the previous semester. The work of this half year is summarized as follows:
First, school-based training
This half year of school-based training, I have never taken time off, always on time. At the meeting, I was able to listen carefully, learn, and take notes.
Second, teaching work
In the current academic year, the fourth grade textbook was revised, and the teaching semester of the last semester came to the school along with the textbook. However, the teaching of the next semester came to me in May. At this time, the fourth grade class has been prepared for nearly two-thirds. Therefore, in the fourth grade teaching, I did not have a good preparation for class and then class. Except for the fifth and sixth grades, the first to third grades have changed slightly, that is, each grade has changed one lesson. Based on past experience, I calmly finished each lesson. The homework is the same as in previous years. I often use the morning and afternoon to correct. At the beginning of June, I took an art exam in a week, and the reference rate was close to 100%.
Third, the exhibition
In mid-May, the school informed me to prepare for the "Qingliuyi" painting and calligraphy competition. Through nearly two weeks of preparation, I received 113 works of 80 people from all over the school. At the end of May, Director Xu Bin and I and Qiao Juping erected the exhibition card and posted the winning works. In this painting and calligraphy exhibition, 25 works won the first prize and the rest were excellent prizes.
In the course of this half year, there are also some shortcomings:
(1) At the time of school-based training, there should be no beginning or end - sometimes the front part listens carefully, and the content behind the content is scattered.
(2) When teaching work, the education of special students is not enough. For example, I remember the hatred of a male student in a certain class, and then I was unhappy.
(3) The management methods for students are not correct, resulting in fewer exhibitors and fewer works in the exhibition.
If I still teach art in the new school year, I deeply hope that I will do my utmost to overcome and solve all difficulties and make my work to a new level!
