I have been working in the Provincial 2 Experimental High-tech Campus for a semester. I felt a lot as a teacher during this semester. Classroom performance:

There are several more naughty students in Class 3, 6 years. After several educations, these students have improved very quickly. Actively answer questions while being disciplined in class. Classes with poor performance in the class usually: 14 classes in 7 years and 2 classes in 6 years.
In the 7-year class, students in the classroom did not have a strong atmosphere. There was no student who raised their hands to answer questions during class, lacking creativity and interest in learning music. Most students have small movements, slips, and speeches in class. Many times the education is not effective.
Individual students from 11 classes in 7 years affected the class. Each lesson takes a lot of time to organize classroom discipline. Class students speak and think seriously. Key students: Liu Haocheng, Tian Cong, Sun Yuliang, Yang Jingwei, Jiang Bogao, and Ang.
The 6th grade, 6th grade experimental class has a big gap compared with the 7th grade experimental class. Class female students performed well and the main problem occurred in male students. The male classmates in this class had a serious speech, which seriously affected other students. Many times the education is not effective.
Final Examination:
The best grades are 16 classes in 7 years. There was a problem: As the "Red Song" chorus competition at the end of the semester took up the student's spare time. Near the end of the period in order not to affect the students' other subjects exams. The open-book examination was decided by the study within the group. This open-book exam topic is a textual question that many students are free to play. Give the student 2 days to complete the test paper. The class with outstanding test papers is 12 classes in 7 years and 2 classes in 6 years. The poor class is 15 classes in 7 years.

At the end of the period, the performance of the literary performance is based on the requirements of the syllabus and the examination is conducted in the form of a class concert. The classes with better performance are: 7 years, 12 classes, 7 years, 16 classes, 6 years, 3 classes, poor performance, the class is: 6 years, 4 classes. Among them, the concerts of 16 classes in 7 years have the most atmosphere. Class cadres have been carefully planned. The overall program design of the 3rd and 6th classes in 6 years is very good. The 7-year, 12-shift program is very artistic. The class with poor performance is 4 classes in 6 years.
Activity performance:
The main literary and artistic activities in the 6th and 7th grades of this semester include: military training and art performances, school sports games, and "red songs" chorus competitions.
The military training and art performances of each class are quite good. Relatively speaking, the 7-year, 11-class class chorus is very good. Most classes in the cultural performances of the celebration games can take the initiative to use the spare time to arrange programs. The outstanding class is 7 years, 16 classes, 6 years and 1 class. The last major event of the semester was the "Red Song Club" Chorus Competition. In the 6-year-old program "Sparkling Red Star", the "Yellow River Chorus" of the 12th class in 7 years has won the top 10 in the school chorus competition. The red song will be in action. In the sixth and seventh grades, the student class teacher can actively participate, so that the students' artistic accomplishment and chorus level have been greatly improved.
The problems exposed by the "Red Song Club":
1. In the early days of the "Red Song Club", the class teacher didn't pay enough attention. The "preparing the guns" in the days before the game directly caused the students to be nervous and forget the words.
2. Students do not practice with the accompaniment during normal training. I can't keep up with the beat during the official performance.

Personal summary:
Time flies so fast, this semester will soon pass. The first thing that the teacher profession makes me feel is happiness. Living in the challenging environment of the Provincial 2 experiment, surrounded by a group of energetic colleagues of the same age. Accompanied by a child with a naive day. Behind happiness, I feel pressure that I have never had before. Stress - not an imaginary disease but a reaction to the "combat state" of the body.
