Summary of the 2012 final work of political teachers in China


The County Education Bureau’s XX-year work summary meeting was just completed. On New Year’s Day in 2019, the principal conveyed the spirit of the county education work summary meeting. Our school has been rated as an advanced unit of county education work.

The junior high school politics that I have served is to participate in the senior high school entrance examination every year, with a perfect score of 30.

In XX, there were about 70 students in two classes in our school. They went to dropout students, and finally 42 students who participated in the senior high school entrance examination. Of the 42 students, 38 achieved full marks, the other four students had a score of 29.5, and the other three were 29 points.

At the end of each year, the county education department shall rank the teachers in various township middle schools and various disciplines according to the entrance examination rate and academic achievements of the senior high school entrance examination. Our school ranks fifth in the county. The rankings of each subject are: physical third, chemical fourth, mathematics, language, politics, sports ranked fifth, foreign language county ranked sixth, school tens of dollars not Waiting for us. The school also ranked the rankings by dividing the total score of the subject by the reference number of the students. My political discipline ranks second in the county. The school gave me another tens of dollars in rewards. The school is small and the financial situation is tight. In fact, it is not important to give no “bonus”. The key is that as an old teacher, there is no “burnout”, and there is no need to “follow the flow”. It is most important to quit retirement. My political achievements in the senior high school entrance examinations have been among the best in the county for many years, and there will be rewards if I pay. Old teachers are unwilling to compete with young teachers , but they just prove that they are "incorruptible and can still use rice."

In addition to "teaching", I have not forgotten "cultivating people." Educating students "how to be a person" has always been my most concerned and discussed... "All for the development of students, for the development of all students, in order to develop all the students." is the lofty ideal of my education and teaching. I see it as a hidden teaching goal that is often implemented and infiltrated. For example, as early as a few years ago, I once said to students: no agriculture is unstable, no work is not strong, no business is not rich. Educate students to study hard, but if we do our best, there is really no department that can't learn well, and don't feel inferior. We can farm, be a modern peasant, and cultivate and raise a profession in the vast world of the countryside; we can master a technology to enter the factory to work; we can also show our talents in the mall, create wealth... "Do not ask everyone to succeed But ask everyone to progress." Help students to establish the correct thinking and belief that "everyone can be talented." I think entrepreneurship is difficult, but it is full of opportunities and challenges. It is exciting. One student said, teacher, winter and summer vacation, I want to practice the stall, OK? I said that it is not enough. I will briefly introduce the experience and experience in this area to students, and inspire students to fully explore their potential. I and the wife of the teacher sold the couplet before the annual Spring Festival in the winter vacation. Now there are more than ten years of "history". Of course, trading, even if it is this small business, there are many studies, but also need to continue to learn and explore.

Entrepreneurship education makes students often eager to try, and is worthy of the future. It is valuable for students' future employment, career choice or the future survival and development of students. Entrepreneurship education requires a "case". I started to copy, remember, copy, and cut newspapers in the early days... The effort in this area is no less than the time and energy used to impart knowledge.

These efforts can't be seen immediately, but laying the foundation for the students' years, decades, and even lifelong development can not but be said to be my pursuit.

In the new year, my energy is still very strong. I want to build a boutique in my education and teaching work!
