In the last semester of 2019-2011, my main job was to teach English in the first and second grades 27 and 28. In the past year, I have done my job seriously and responsibly, and assisted other colleagues and leaders of the school to do a good job in the management of the students. First, love teaching, dedication and music.

Because of the love of teaching, people in the process of teaching and educating, lead by example, respect students, consciously implement the education policy, and set a higher goal of education and research.

Continuously study the theory of scientific development on education and master the latest developments in education;

In the aspect of getting along with others, we have achieved unity and cooperation, honesty and trustworthiness, dedication and help. Made the greatest efforts to create a harmonious department;

Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, having good moral qualities and behavioral habits;

Comply with school rules and regulations, make full use of working hours, never play computer games, chat or do things that are not related to work during working hours;

Coaching according to law, no corporal punishment, insulting, ridiculous behavior of students, not working outside the school, not paying for remedial classes, no arbitrary charges, etc.; disciplined according to law, no corporal punishment,

Second, actively participate in various trainings and comprehensively improve their own capabilities.

As a good teacher , you have to have many abilities. Last semester, I made an important effort to improve my self-cultivation, teaching, research, management, collaboration and communication skills. After a semester of hard work, I feel that self-cultivation, teaching, collaboration and communication skills have improved to varying degrees, and there is still much room for improvement in research and management skills.

I have been actively participating in various trainings organized by the school, and I also like the teacher training that I do every year. This year, our group training was cancelled due to special reasons, and we changed each one to self-cultivation at home. I have a plan to read and write notes every day; sum up the experience of success or failure in the last semester; prepare for the next semester. This self-cultivation form is a new training method given to me by the principal when the school has special reasons, and it has greatly improved my conscious ability.

In teaching and research, I have to move closer to the teaching department and learn more from Liu Weihua. In management, I should also learn from Wen Jian.

Third, diligent study, courage to practice, good at summing up. ;

A positive and progressive spirit is a favorable guarantee for our invincible position. Diligent study, diligent thinking, courage to practice, and good at summing up are my interpretation of positive and enterprising. In the last semester, I was full of attendance and obeyed the leave system. I have never been late or left early.

In the last semester, I have to be precise in the preparation of lessons and flexible in methods. Putting the cumbersome things through my own deep processing, presenting them to the students in a simple and clear way, so that the students feel that the things spoken from the teacher's mouth are not obscure.

Listening to classes is also a good way to improve your teaching ability, so I cherish every opportunity to attend classes. After listening to the lesson, I recorded the teachers ’ lectures on the lecture records, and then revised my own preparation lesson plans, applying many of their strengths and strengths to my classroom teaching, and achieved good results. .

As for corrections and individual counseling, it is absolutely essential. I make full use of the effective mechanism of tutor system to counsel students. My student has never been fixed. I feel that I have formed one shot.

Fourth, the teaching quality is excellent and the teaching achievements are outstanding.

In the last semester, I seriously fulfilled my duties and successfully completed the first half of the semester's plan, especially the quality of teaching and teaching achievements. In the three-month test of the school, the 27 and 28 classes I taught each time have different degrees of improvement. . Although the gap between the two classes is a little bigger, no one class is progressing when compared with itself. Therefore, my work has been negatively praised by parents and students.
