The days passed quickly, and in the twinkling of an eye, 2019 gradually came to an end. I have been engaged in art education for half a year, and one semester is about to pass. With the help of the school leaders and colleagues, I successfully completed the work of this semester. Looking back on this semester, it is both busy and fulfilling, and there are many places worthy of summing up and reflecting. The work of this semester is now a summary to promote improvement.

This semester, my course is the teaching of the two art basic courses of the "Arts and Flowers Painting Techniques" of the second class of ceramic arts and crafts and the "White Painting" of the three classes of ceramic arts and crafts. This formal art teaching is a new challenge in my life for a non-teacher graduate who has just left the school. The art and art education in the new era can no longer be a simple training of skills and skills. It will serve the development of students' overall quality and be based on the future development of students. This is something I can't ignore in my career as a teaching guide.

One. Strengthen learning and continuously improve the quality of thinking business

The main course taught by me is Tao Mei's second class of "Meticulous and Bird Painting Techniques". Because the students of this course have mastered before, they also have a certain understanding of meticulous flower and bird painting, so the biggest in my teaching work. The task is to coordinate the conflicts with the teachers of the previous class in the teaching content. To this end, I have been actively learning, carefully preparing lessons, and collecting students' after-school feelings in a timely manner. This semester, for the new textbook of Tao Mei Erban, I will increase the research intensity, compare it with the previous textbooks, and discuss with other professional teachers to establish advanced teaching concepts. Usually, I have time to fill in some online books to supplement the professional knowledge that is not covered in the book to expand the knowledge of the students. In order to make my progress in education, I use my spare time to learn books about vocational education, such as David Myers' Psychology and Vocational Learning and Employment Guidance, and more to combine with meticulous painting. The professional book has enriched the knowledge and insights and prepared for better teaching practice in the future.

two. Realistic and innovative, earnestly carry out teaching work

Education and teaching is the primary task of my teacher's work. For students, I not only need to teach them professional knowledge, but more importantly, teach them how to stand on the society and how to deal with future work. After all, students come to the technical school to learn to join the society earlier than their peers, faster. Realize your own life value.

This semester, I am based on "using the classroom to practice the new concept with happiness", and strive to make my art teaching more distinctive, form a unique teaching mode, better reflect the requirements of quality education, and improve the quality of art teaching. As the art teaching work of two classes of Tao Mei 2 and 3 classes, in daily teaching, I insisted on doing a good job in classroom teaching: carefully preparing for the class, carefully designing the lesson plans, and combining the actual situation of the second and third classes, flexible Take each class and give guidance to each student as much as possible. I will carefully evaluate the assignments I have handed in, and different classes use different evaluation methods. The second class is a class with Chinese painting foundation. I will be strict with them. The third class is a freshman class. For the white drawing, it is just in contact. Therefore, the scores I give for their daily homework are relatively high. some. This will help to improve the enthusiasm of students to study, which can improve the overall art level of students.

In peacetime, I also actively communicated with students. On the basis of understanding the students' ideas, I improved the method of teaching and made breakthroughs in learning. Since the direction cultivated by our department is biased towards the ceramic process, in the course, we must combine with the reality, pay close attention to the students' composition and color matching, in order to train students to achieve better results in the future porcelain painting.

At present, the curriculum of Tao Erban is based on Linyi. Because the students' foundations are uneven, in order to increase the interest of the class and strengthen the progress of the course, I use different teaching methods according to different student characteristics. Moreover, new job requirements have been implemented: the assignments and requirements for the next assignment. This is targeted so that students can learn purpose and have enthusiasm. The students were able to show their talents on the rice paper and watched their pieces. The heart was gratified. In particular, some of the students who did not have confidence in the Chinese painting curriculum regained their self-confidence and painted their own works that they were amazed, thus further clarifying their direction. Sixteen or seven-year-old students can learn happily, and it is a matter of luck for me, for students, and for parents of students.

three. Work hard, complete other work in the school

In addition to the normal teaching work, this semester has made a breakthrough for the characteristics of the mid-term art exhibition. Entering the novel form of art exhibition, students have increased their self-confidence in art exhibitions, and colleagues have cultivated students' ability to express themselves. In the Light Industry Technical School Cultural and Art Festival, the three classes of Tao Mei and the two classes of Tao Mei taught by me have outstanding performances in Chinese meticulous flower and bird paintings and calligraphy. I deeply feel that they are theirs. The teacher is a great honor. In the school's school sports meeting, the school's "Top Ten Singers" contest, and the mid-term calligraphy and painting exhibitions, there are many work related to art propaganda, and some need to actively participate in the whole process. For each task arranged by the school, I They can all be completed with my greatest enthusiasm, basically doing "work hard, high quality and efficiency".

four. Strengthen reflection, sum up the gains and losses in time

For the problems that arise during the teaching process, I have not done enough to reflect on the post-teaching. In the future work, I will correct the shortcomings and let the students make greater progress.

There are many art teachers in our department, but there is a lack of a formal art teaching and research group. I hope that in the days to come, the research and discussion between the art instructors will be strengthened, and the students' practical ability and innovative thinking ability will be integrated to enable the students to achieve better results in the future study.
