The happiest thing in life is to do what you like to do. I am very fortunate to be able to realize my own ideals and be a glorious people teacher . My ideal is to use my knowledge and my ideas to educate a group of builders and successors of ideal, cultural, ethical and disciplined socialist undertakings. However, the lessons of one semester tell me that what I should have at this moment is not only passion, but a clear understanding of the profession of teachers : teachers , who have a long way to go; want to be a good teacher and friend of students, difficult to Adding difficulties; as a teacher, only passion can't work. Usually, before class, I am fully prepared, and never fight unprepared. In the course of preparing lessons, the textbooks are carefully analyzed, and the lesson plans are designed according to the characteristics of the textbooks and the actual situation of the students. Where there are doubts or do not understand, humbly ask the master to try and strive for each class. In addition, I often reflect on my own lessons, experience my inadequacies from reflection, and correct them in time to improve my teaching. In order to improve my education and teaching level as soon as possible, I also cherish every opportunity to go out to class. During this semester, I was fortunate enough to observe the open classes of many outstanding teachers , appreciate their teaching art, and learn from and learn from many benefits. The practical teaching method is very helpful for my own teaching. Young, the most lacking is the teaching experience.
