I graduated from the Foreign Languages School of Xuzhou Normal University in July 2019. In August of the same year, I went to the Nanjing Linjiang Senior Middle School, and officially embarked on a job and became a middle school English teacher . Being a glorious people teacher is my dream of a small age. However, teaching and educating people is a sacred and arduous task. Therefore, during this half year, I often consulted the old teachers and learned many books that I could not learn. Know how. Below I will briefly report on the feelings of my coaching for half a year from the two aspects of teaching and class management.
Teaching unit:
In normal times, our high school preparation team often discusses the teaching problems together. At the end of the review, we will cooperate with you and adopt a unified progress and unified teaching methods. In addition to thanking our colleagues in the preparation group, I would also like to thank my master, Ji Rongxia, for his help. Mr. Ji is modest, rigorous and approachable, and has put forward many valuable opinions and suggestions for my teaching work. There, I learned a lot of things, from being a man, a teacher to teaching, I have benefited a lot. In addition, our teaching and research team leader Xu Ning also gave me a lot of guidance and help.
Probably because I really want to have a confession of my hard-working student days. I have a very serious view of teaching. How to prepare a class and take a good class has always been the main part of my heart. I will not slack off at any time. When I am down in class, I feel good when I feel good. On the contrary, I am ashamed to see the frustration of Jiangdong’s father. When I think about it, what I care most about is the degree of student response to me in the classroom. To this end, I try my best to avoid the self-talking lectures, arouse the students’ awareness of active participation, and inspire their self-consciousness to ignite. Their interest in English.
Management topic
I am the head of the high school class this year. Since I was just on the job, I don't have any management experience in class management. In the past six months, I have been discussing with the class teacher Li Na how to manage the class better. During this period, I also learned a lot of valuable experience from class management. Perhaps because we are all younger, we are willing to live on equal footing with students and seek mutual progress and development in a mild and relaxed atmosphere. Respecting the needs of students, believing in their abilities, not easily wiping, distorting, and replacing the enthusiasm of students, nor intending to establish a banner of teacher-only theory. I believe that many years later, when our students return to high school, they must not throw out words such as dark days; we encourage each student to persist in and dare to speak their own reasonable opinions, and do not regret to others. Show the tolerance and smile of seeking common ground while reserving differences. All in all, I feel that we should not suppress the students blindly, or we should proceed from respecting them and pay attention to the combination of rigidity and softness.
The above is the general situation of my teaching work this semester. The biggest shortcoming is that I can't grasp the specific operation of all these work very well. I hope that in the future work, the leaders and the old teachers can give more guidance and help, and strive to achieve greater. progress!
