As a language teacher , I always pay attention to cultivating students' writing ability and using the ideas of others to infect and shape their temperament and personality.

Through hard work, the grades of the classes I teach are among the best in the grade. The students have been published in newspapers and magazines many times and won awards in many essay competitions. Among them, the student Guang Guanghang won the first prize of the Guozhong Group Special Prize in the eighth year of the 2010 "Gusu Evening News Cup" in the school of Xiaohe on the spot, and nearly one-third of the eight classes taught. Students receive the special prize for this competition. Student Shen Yuxin won the special prize in the 2019 Suzhou Gusu Evening News Limited Composition Reading Contest. Xu Xiao won the second prize in the Suzhou High-tech Zone essay competition in Jiangsu Province's “Secondary Student and Society” Composition Competition. I also won the second prize of the outstanding instructor of the first “Jiangfeng Cup” theme essay contest in Suzhou.

Second, education management

As the class teacher of the eight classes, I feel glorious and proud, but more is responsibility and pressure. In the face of such a group of children with excellent performance, unique personality, psychological vulnerability and strong self-awareness, management requires skill. I have spent a lot of thoughts on the regular management of the class, as far as possible in writing and culture, to achieve the students' active management. I cultivate their individuality and strengthen their collective consciousness; while paying close attention to their achievements, they pay more attention to the healthy development of their bodies and minds. Most importantly, I use my heart to communicate with them and use love as the language of our communication. In this school year, all the work of the class has been carried out very well. Because of the outstanding performance of the class, the school was awarded the excellent class for two semesters in this school year. I was also rated as the excellent class teacher.

The class teacher's work is trivial and hard. In the face of the pressure and difficulties in the work, I also thought about giving up and escaping. What I insisted on is the indispensable responsibility of being a teacher . It is the encouragement of the school leaders. It is all the colleagues. The support of care is the innocent smile of the students. Clearly remembering my birthday on December 10th, when the two classes represented the idea of ​​"cheating" me into the classroom, I opened the door for a moment: 45 smiley faces, a different sentence, a blessing on the blackboard...
