When I am working as a teacher , being a good teacher is my goal. Over the years, I have always treated my work with diligence and down-to-earth attitude. Now at the end of the year, the work of this semester is summarized as follows:
First, self-awareness and improvement:
During the more than one year of Xiuwen, I always remembered the duties as a teacher , loved the school, loved the students, and did not forget to learn the school's educational philosophy. From teaching to management, I strictly demanded myself, through ideology, level of knowledge, education. The continuous improvement of teaching ability and other aspects to regulate their own behavior, to shape their image as a teacher. Make yourself grow in the process of teaching, and lay a solid and deep foundation for cultivating outstanding students in the new era.
Second, education and teaching:
During the semester, I still work as a class teacher and language teaching. I strictly demand myself in my work, study hard, constantly improve my own level, constantly learn new knowledge, explore the rules of education and teaching, and improve teaching methods.
1. Care for students and respect students.
In teaching, I deeply realized that students should be the mainstay and students should be the main development. First of all, we must care for the students, respect the students, respect the students' independent learning, respect the students' right to speak, respect the students' inquiry spirit, and respect the students' thinking results. To do this, you can let the students think, go and harvest.
2. At the beginning of the semester, in line with the principle of “one-stop”, I still use the principle of “unity and discipline, diligence and innovation” as the guiding principle for the construction of the class, and produced a large horizontal mark, which is attached to the front of the class. Always give students and alert themselves. And elected a new class committee, emphasizing the exemplary role of the members of the class committee, to dilute their so-called superiority, and grow together with the class. At the same time, I recommended excellent books to the children in the class, guiding students to study, study, and inspirational, and called on the children to strive to be good teenagers with ideals. In line with the implementation of regular education in schools, I will continue to do a good job in the regular training of students, infiltrate the collective concept, and enhance the cohesiveness of the class. In addition, I care about the students from all over the life, urge the children to drink water, eat a good meal and lunch, return the time between class and lunch break to the students, make them grow up healthily, and make the campus full of childlike interest. At the same time, I also mingle with the children, bent over the students, so that I learned to listen, be a good child's counselor and problem mediator.
3. Prepare lessons carefully and realize the learning mode of student independence, cooperation and inquiry.
The object of teaching is students, the level of students is different, and the efficiency of thinking is different. There are often some students whose foundations are poor, lazy to explore and generate dependence. If you let the good students mix into a group in the teaching, so that the good students take the lead, guide and help other students to make progress and improve together. Practice has proved that this method of stratification and group cooperation works very well. In the classroom, students assign different levels of tasks to different people according to different situations. Under the arrangement of the team leader, the students clearly define the division of labor, and each thinks about different levels of problems, and then communicates with each other. This achieves the purpose of hierarchical cooperation, and also makes different levels of students have different challenging tasks. The learning strategy of student independence, cooperation and inquiry has been realized.
4. Identify learning objectives.
Chinese teaching is the most taboo, and it is easy to make students bored. If the words are taught in the same way, the text analysis, summarizing and summarizing, this is time-consuming and laborious. Students learn a text and do not know how much their class has improved. For the fourth grade students, I completely let go of the word teaching. They have this ability and have their own unique methods. In teaching, my general word teaching is only used as an inspection process. The analysis of the text is the kind of style, and the new style is taught to the new method. Then, let the students solve themselves according to the method. The most important thing is that according to the textbook students understand what level of the class to achieve, what difficult problems to solve, and what methods to solve the problem. In this way, the effectiveness of classroom teaching is strengthened.
5. Standardize the operation.
Students learn new knowledge, make it systematic and organized, and rely on certain operations to consolidate and improve. Through standardized work, students' ideas are clear, well organized, and develop good study habits. "Learning Today" is a practice design similar to homework that I tried when I took over last year. Its main contents are: teaching content, homework design, parent evaluation, self-evaluation and so on. The teaching content summarizes today's learning content and the teaching objectives to be achieved; the homework design closely follows the learning content, from the knowledge of basic knowledge to the use of reading and writing methods, from the accumulation of good words to the extension of extracurricular knowledge, flexible It also detects students' understanding and mastery of today's learning content, and becomes a shining window for parents to understand children's learning and understand teachers' teaching. It has also become a bridge for parents and teachers to communicate and communicate with each other. At the beginning of the school year, with the expansion and deepening of the content learned by the children, with the further implementation of the stratification work in the school, I made some adjustments and improvements to the amount and type of "Today's Learning", and appropriately increased the number. Read the amount of exercises and introduce the Growth Record Card. It not only cultivates the good habits of children's writing, but also helps teachers to understand the new situation in the class.
6. Conduct more language practice activities.
Using the classroom and after-school time to do a good job of team activities, a series of teaching practices is an important aspect of Chinese language teaching this semester. At the theme class meeting, a series of activities such as “The Story of the King”, “The Plan for the New Semester”, “Watching Safety at All Times”, “I Love School”, “Manual Review and Evaluation”, etc., to train students’ ability and ability to express themselves. In particular, the use of the growth record card and the story of "Growth Story" have greatly improved the children's enthusiasm for learning. 7. Formulate a help and education plan.
For some students, I use my spare time to carefully coach, often face assignments, find out the weak links in their knowledge, and make timely traps. For example, the students who are in the work of retiring and tutoring, and formulating the teaching plan in a targeted manner, have the purpose and plan to do their conversion work. In the classroom, we will try to improve their cultural basic knowledge by adopting multiple questions, multiple inspections, timely guidance, and timely feedback. At the same time, in the class to carry out mutual help and mutual learning groups, carry out a one-on-one learning activities, so that students can correct their thoughts, learn from each other, promote each other and form a good learning atmosphere for you to catch up with. Usually, I also pay attention to "two hands": on the one hand, cultivate a good student, on the one hand, through the guidance of the top students, and advance with the advanced help, so as to promote the win-win effect.
three. Discipline discipline:
I strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the school, and I am not late or leave early. I have never taken a vacation for more than a year. In the work, respecting leaders and uniting colleagues can correctly handle the relationship with leading colleagues. In peacetime, diligence, saving, hard work, sincerity, love of students, harmonious interpersonal relationship, never neglecting unprincipled disputes, standardizing the words and deeds of a people's teachers , and uncultivating their comprehensive qualities And ability.
Fourth, work performance:
During the semester, due to the strong support of school leaders and parents, due to the joint efforts of our entire class, we have achieved relatively gratifying results while successfully completing the teaching tasks. He was ranked among the best in teaching achievements, and won the Diamond Award for the Halloween Ghost Class and the Diamond Award for the Christmas Class. He won the “Civilized Class” mobile red flag for 13 consecutive times and was named the school model class collective at the end of the year.
