As the end of the semester approaches, I also study, work, and grow with my students. This semester's work is coming to an end. In this semester, I am diligent, solid, and down-to-earth to do a teacher 's job, earnestly complete the tasks assigned to me by the school leaders, and learn from the old teachers and excellent teachers with humility. The eighth grade is the most important one in the past three years. In the course of this semester, I have been working on the history of the first four classes and eleven classes in the eighth grade. The good and bad of teaching work is related to the work and future development of the entire school. To this end, I focus on the following aspects:

First, pay attention to students' physical and mental health and focus on cultivating healthy personality. The object of our education is people, so it is especially important to learn to write the word "person" in life. Let students have a little love, a little filial piety, and a little morality from a young age is the basis for writing a good character.

The teachers complained that the students' behavior habits were too bad, and the health condition of the campus was not good. For this reason, the principal reminded the teachers to play a role in the body. This demonstration also showed me the unexpected effect: once, a naughty student came to the office to find me. When I went upstairs with him, he threw the newly eaten popsicle stick on the stairs. The way he was angry made him pick up the popsicle stick and said something to educate him, and let him pick up the food bag in front. He looked reluctant. After a while, I put it on the ground. For students who have a bad habit of doing things, I don't ask them to become talented. What I hope is to guide them to adults as much as possible. In this regard, the subtle effect is particularly important, although it is very vague, it depends on how to use it.

Second, care about the emotional development of students and focus on cultivating rich emotions. In the process of educating students, we must let them feel your love. Let him feel your love when you ask a student for help; let him feel your love when the student makes a mistake. In every aspect of your work, you must integrate your love and use it as a habit. It's hard to imagine people who have been shrouded in a harsh atmosphere, how good they will be to others after going out, and how much love they will give to others. To give a simple example, when students meet in the corridor, they usually say “teacher is good!” If we ignore it and ignore it, after a few times, perhaps the student’s respect for the teacher’s mind will gradually disappear. On some occasions, we encourage him, maybe he will remember for a lifetime, and even use the encouragement to his work. People are animals that are good at learning, especially those who are at the stage of study. Your words and deeds are seen in your eyes and in your heart. Third, in the teaching work, seriously prepare lessons for class, do not fight unprepared. Seriously lecture during class, strive to grasp the key points, break through the difficulties, and concentrate on refining. Using a variety of teaching methods, starting from the students' actual situation, pay attention to mobilizing the enthusiasm and creative thinking of students, so that students have the ability to give inferences. Cultivate students' interest in learning, find difficult students with difficult questions; find middle-class students for general problems; answer simple students with difficulties. When visiting the table, pay attention to face-to-face counseling for students with learning difficulties and find out the shortcomings.

Fourth, the teachers need to constantly improve their own quality and continue to learn so that they can receive the latest knowledge. I actively study various educational theories to enrich myself so that I can use my solid theories as a guide to better teach and teach. Actively participate in research projects in teaching and research, and write educational and educational papers. Only by learning and thinking constantly can you find the most reasonable way to work.
