Summary of new teachers' mathematics teaching experience
Time flies, I have been working for a year without knowing it, and I feel a lot. Being a teacher is very honored and very hard, especially as a young teacher who has just stepped out of the platform of the ivory tower, not only to integrate into the role as soon as possible, but also to shoulder the heavy responsibility of education and teaching. My summary of the teaching work in one semester is as follows:
First, carefully prepare lessons, and prepare students and prepare teaching materials and teaching methods. In this semester, I design the course teaching according to the content of the textbook and the actual situation of the students, formulate the teaching methods, and consider the problems encountered in the teaching process as much as possible, and carefully write the teaching plans. First of all, I carefully read the new curriculum standards, delve into the new teaching materials, familiarize with the content of the teaching materials, consult the teaching materials, appropriately increase or decrease the teaching content, carefully prepare each lesson carefully, and make the key points clear and difficult to break down. If you encounter a problem that is difficult to solve, ask the old teacher or discuss it in the preparation group. Secondly, in-depth understanding of the students, designing the lesson plans according to the students' knowledge level and accepting ability, each lesson is “prepared and ready”, and each class is fully prepared before class.
Second, continuously improve their teaching and research capabilities, and strive to improve the quality of teaching. I can actively participate in various teaching and research activities, such as collective lesson preparation, on-campus and off-campus listening, teaching and research activities, and constantly improve the operational control ability and language expression ability of classroom teaching. I am pursuing clear, structured, accurate, organized, emotional, and vivid interpretations of the classroom; efforts to achieve clear knowledge, clear-cut, clear-cut teaching, simple and simple teaching. I know that the active participation of students is the key to achieving better results. Therefore, in the classroom, I pay special attention to mobilizing the enthusiasm of students, strengthen the communication between teachers and students, fully reflect the initiative of students in the learning process, and make students learn easily and learn happily. In the classroom, try to be as few as possible, and let the students move their brains as much as possible. At the same time, in each class, students' learning needs and accepting ability at each level are fully considered, so that students at all levels can be improved.
Third, humbly learn from other teachers, and do doubts in teaching. In the study of each chapter, we actively seek the opinions of other experienced teachers and learn their methods. At the same time, listen to the lessons of the old teachers , listen to and learn, recharge yourself, make up for their lack of teaching, and often ask the preparation team leader and other teachers to attend classes, solicit their opinions and improve teaching.
4. Pay attention to cultivating good study habits and learning methods. Some problems, such as bad study habits and learning attitudes, plague and restrict students' learning. In order to solve these problems, I am working on the following aspects.
1. Change some ideas and concepts of students' learning mathematics and establish confidence in learning mathematics. I told them clearly that everyone is actually on the same starting line. Whoever runs first, whoever runs strong, will succeed. Give more care and guidance to poor students and help them build confidence; criticize and educate proud students so that they don't relax.
2. Change students' bad study habits and establish good learning methods and learning attitudes. At the beginning, some students have bad study habits, such as homework and scribbling, do not write the answer process; do not like pre-study and after-school review; do not summarize digestive knowledge; care about sloppy, overconfident. In order to change students' bad study habits, I asked for a unified work format, praised excellent homework, guided them to preview and review, emphasized the importance of summarization, and had some specific practices, such as writing chapter summaries, doing wrong documents, summing up questions. Law and so on. Classmates who have done well praise and promote the whole class, and students who do not do or do poorly should criticize. Through hard work, most students can accept it quickly, and slowly establish a good learning method and a serious learning attitude.
3. Seriously correcting the operation and arranging the work in a targeted and hierarchical manner. Homework is the process by which students consolidate what they have learned. In order to make the arrangement work targeted and hierarchical, I often collect information in various aspects, and screen various counseling materials, and strive to make the students achieve the maximum effect with each exercise. At the same time, the students' homework corrections are timely and conscientious, and the students' work situation is analyzed, and the problems they have appeared in the operation process are promptly commented, and their teaching methods are improved in time to reflect the situation, so that they are targeted.
Fifth, do a good job in after-school counseling, pay attention to layered teaching. After class, we will provide corresponding counseling for different levels of students to meet the needs of students at different levels, avoiding the drawbacks of one-size-fits-all, and at the same time increase the counseling of the students. Counseling for underachievers is not limited to the study of knowledge-based counseling, but more importantly, the guidance of learning ideas and methods, inspiring their curiosity and self-motivation through various channels, and making them realize that learning is not a task. It is not a painful thing, but a fun-filled one, and consciously puts the mind and body into the study.
6. Actively promote quality education. I can actively promote quality education, change teaching concepts, pay attention to the cultivation of students' ability in teaching work, combine the transfer of knowledge, skills and development of intelligence and ability, inject the factors of ideological and emotional education into the knowledge level, and play the students' Innovative awareness and innovative ability. Let the various qualities of students be effectively developed and cultivated.
Looking back at the work since the semester, I clearly understand that there are still problems that cannot be ignored in teaching, and some confusion remains to be resolved. In short, a hard work, a harvest.
Teaching work is accompanied by bitterness. I will follow the principle of "diligence, good thinking, and hard work" and, as always, make persistent efforts to make the work better.
