First, guarantee the time for students to participate in the event.
Our school will set the interest group activity time on Tuesday and Friday of each major week and Tuesday afternoon of the small week. In order to ensure the quality of the event, as the organizer of the interest group, I strictly ask the students to come to the place of the event on time, no special circumstances can not take time off. This ensures the continuity of the activity, and the knowledge that the students have learned is coherent, so that the teaching tasks can be successfully completed, and each student can maximize the benefits.
Second, cultivate students' interest in participating in activities.
Interest is the best teacher, if there is no interest, how come the result. In order to ensure the interest of students in activities, I have taken a series of effective measures. For example, taking the route of life composition, instructing students to observe the things happening around them, and avoiding the empty and large essays of disease-free, empty shouting slogans, so that students' compositions are full of life. In the past few years, I feel that the biggest advantage of developing a happy composition is that it makes the students improve their ability to write while they are unknowingly learning. Third, level the training of students' composition skills.
In the interest group activities, the students are actually deepened and widened on the basis of the students' acceptance, from easy to difficult, from basic knowledge training to skill skill training. Not only the related knowledge of some essays but also the writing skills, many students have enriched the language of the language in the process of writing, and the knowledge has been greatly expanded. Since the interest group not only has theoretical study but also participates in practice, it gives many students a chance to realize that the composition is not only used in “boring” writing, but more to express their feelings and express their feelings. The experience of life makes them aware of the usefulness of learning composition. Of course, they also increase their interest in learning.
Fourth, enrich the activities of interest groups.
At the beginning of the semester, based on the characteristics of the sixth grade students, I developed a practical activity plan. In the process of specific activities, some adjustments have been made in combination with the actual situation, in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn and achieve better teaching results. This semester, my group mainly carried out the study to describe the appearance, language, and demeanor of the characters, highlighting the personality of the characters; grasping the characteristics of the scenery to find the fall, writing the fall, enjoying the different willows in the four seasons, recalling the fragrance of the osmanthus in August; writing interesting things between the students; Pay attention to the surrounding environment, write environmental essays; grasp details, describe scenes; walk into life, visit the back garden of the school; contact the activities of the school, write a wonderful school sports competition, write one of my favorite cultural festival activities And so on. In addition, we also carry out some theoretical study classes on composition techniques. For example, writing a good scene; how to give an article review, selection, and intention; how to modify the composition; how to write a topic for the composition... At the same time, this semester pays special attention to accumulation, I led the students to accumulate a lot of famous sentences, proverbs, maxims, etc. In the “Fambling Accumulation Competition” organized by the six-year group, the students in the reading and writing group achieved good results, and instructed the students to contact the actual life to write a post-reading feeling. They asked to add a few words to write a few words and write a paragraph. To write an article, because the students in the interest group are all students who have difficulty writing, such basic exercises are very necessary.

Due to the small number of essay interest groups, the attitude of the students is more serious. Every activity can be written in earnest according to the teacher's request. Each student in the reading and writing group took the initiative to contribute to the 10-year school magazine "The Eagle", and vows, Xie Tian, Zheng Ming, Ruoqi, Huang Liqi and other students also participated in the "Chinese Love Writing Competition" essay activity. Among them, Huang Lizhen’s essay “Old Bridge” was published not only in Yuying Daily, but also in the “China Love Writing Competition”. While doing a good job in composition teaching, I also used the activity time to carry out a lot of reading and comprehensive training. The students’ interest group activities in one semester, the scores improved faster.
