2. Actively participate in the faculty and staff meeting of the whole school, earnestly study the superior files issued by the school, care about major events at home and abroad, pay attention to the study of political theory, and successfully complete the party members' conversion program in January XX. At the same time, cooperate with the group to do a good job in teaching and research activities. Participate in the flag-raising ceremony on time every week and never absent. 3. Carefully and timely correct the homework, pay attention to the opinions of the students, keep abreast of the students' learning situation, and provide guidance to the students with purpose.

4. Adhere to the lectures, pay attention to the teaching experience of the teachers in the study group, and strive to explore the teaching mode that suits them. Not only that, but also seize the opportunity of going out to study each time, learn from each other's strengths, and gain a lot.

5. Pay attention to the study of educational theory, and pay attention to applying some advanced theories to the classroom, so that learning can be used. In the past year, I have opened two open classes in the school. By opening open classes, my teaching level is very good. Great improvement, but it also made me realize my shortcomings in teaching.

4. In the work of the deputy class teacher of this year, I deeply realized the triviality and heavyness of the work of the class teacher.
