With the small stable and solid progress of the Sixth Country, we have gone through 2019 together. In the past year, my work has received great support and help from the school leaders and teachers. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks!

Summarizing the work of 2019, my heart is often rethinking: What should I do in school education and teaching? How can I do better? With these questions, I feel that my work is more meaningful and I am fully engaged in education to enjoy the happiness of my work. Because I firmly believe that all returns are directly proportional to the input, I am willing to use the greatest sincerity to take responsibility for teachers , students, schools, and society.

First, pay attention to the development of students and be responsible to students.

From the first day of coaching, I have asked my behavior to be more standardized, to be a teacher , to be a good example, and to fulfill the duties of teaching and educating people. Require yourself to constantly improve yourself, improve your business, and expand your knowledge. Regardless of how busy the work is, insist on repeating the teaching materials and reading a large number of reference books to improve their business ability and work efficiency. In the past year, I have always insisted on getting older than students and walking later than students. I believe that as long as you are dedicated, you will gain something.

2. Organize the school-based teaching and research activities of the school and organize the implementation of the research activities of the research group.

The new curriculum puts higher demands on teachers , and the school's development of teachers ' teaching quality must be continuously improved. Under the guidance of the principal's office, the people-oriented school-based teaching and research program was elaborated, and new types of teaching and research activities were organized. Through various forms of teaching and research activities such as collective lesson-class-to-class-salon-style seminars, the effectiveness of teaching and research was enhanced and improved. The teacher 's classroom teaching level. Actively promote and mobilize the majority of teachers to write essays, and organize teacher training for each semester. Carrying out the spirit of teacher training at a higher level, we can carefully arrange and timely publicize so that teachers can understand it in time, and can achieve proficiency in teaching, service teaching, and benefit from teaching through school training, self-cultivation, and application.

In February 2019, our school successfully reported the project to the Provincial Education Department Task Force. As the leader of the research team, I carefully organized the various activities of the research group and recorded the activities, wrote the opening report and the stage summary of the research group, and contributed my strength and wisdom to the research work of our school.

Third, strengthen service awareness and be responsible to the school.

As the teaching director, I can position myself correctly and work hard to be the assistant of the principal. Coordinate the members of the teaching office and do the following work:

1. Under the guidance of the principal's office, discuss with other members of the teaching office, formulate the school's education and teaching work plan, young teacher training plan and organize implementation, so that the school education and teaching work is more targeted and effective, and pay attention to Summarize the experience in education and teaching.

2. Formulate relevant rules and regulations and inspection and assessment system for teaching work, be responsible for routine inspection of teaching work, mid-term sampling and final inspection, and provide basis for school evaluation teachers .

3. Organize and guide the educational activities of all grades, teach and research projects of various teaching and research groups, organize school education and teaching research and experience exchange, organize test questions and quality analysis, and guide the teaching and research group work.

4. Care about the overall development of all students, arrange interest group activities, and organize student competitions.

5. Organize the preparation of lessons, lectures, and assessments, be responsible for guiding the teaching and research group of mathematics disciplines, reviewing teaching plans, and organizing teaching and research activities. Coordinate and solve the problems of teachers in education and teaching.

6. Organize the staff of the teaching office to complete the collection and arrangement of the “double-base” materials, and successfully pass the review and acceptance of the provincial double-base working group.

7. Assist in the training of distance education. Strengthen teachers' application of modern educational technology in teaching, and ensure that educational teaching materials, facilities and equipment play a greater role in teaching.

In short, 2019 is a busy year, and it is also a year of continuous development of our school's education and teaching work. It is everyone's work, after suffering various pressures, laid the foundation for school development. My work, my contribution is only a microcosm of the work of the whole school teacher , I just did my own little effort.
