Looking back on this year, I have been working hard on doing the teaching work that I have done in the center of education and teaching. I have summarized some of the work I have done in this semester as follows:

First, do a good job in teaching reform.

This year, we have always taken the implementation of new educational concepts, how to improve our own quality and the development of students' abilities.

1. Strengthen the study of teaching theory. This semester began to develop a teaching work plan, strengthen theoretical study, improve teaching and research literacy, and theoretical level.

2. Strengthen teaching and research work and pursue practical results.

This semester pays attention to classroom research, from the cultivation of students' self-learning and active inquiry to realize the habit. Through open teaching, we summed up "from middle school, middle school, and middle school." Ask questions as needed, explore independently, cooperate and exchange, and recognize sublimation. Therefore, it was rated as a county-level quality course.

Second, strengthen self-cultivation and improve ideological quality

Third, strengthen business learning and improve their teaching level

1. With the reform of teaching, I feel more and more that I cannot keep up with the requirements of the new teaching concept. In the past year, I have strengthened my study of educational theories and educational concepts, and truly clarified the use of classrooms as a breakthrough to promote quality education in an in-depth and comprehensive manner. People-oriented, enriching student life, less talk about learning, and changing the original old ideas. I have done more than 10,000 words of study notes and experience in the past year. Strengthened his own theoretical level and business level.

2. Optimize classroom structure and improve classroom organization and classroom level

In the past year, I have always grasped the main channel of the class and asked for quality in the classroom for 40 minutes. First of all, start with preparing lessons, carefully design the teaching ideas of each lesson, study the teaching content, thoroughly understand the teaching materials, and control the teaching materials. We also prepare teaching materials, prepare students, prepare teaching methods, prepare for study, and prepare student activities. I did not prepare for the class without going to the classroom. 3. Emphasis on the cultivation of special students

In order to develop the specialty of students, we will continue to work on eugenics and excellence. At the beginning of the semester, I will find information on the basis of the basics for counseling and self-study, and let them study the asterisk questions and thinking questions, and the teachers will guide them.

In order to do a good job in the counseling work of the undergraduates, we established a post-entry file, analyzed the reasons for each of them, and formulated counseling plans and measures. And implemented into the actual teaching, the use of "one to one", the teacher from the psychological, learning habits, learning methods and other aspects of the students, continue to help, and gradually narrowed the gap.

4, unit clearance test is a good way to check for leaks. Although I did some work this school year, it was far from the requirements of the school. The intensity of the reform was not enough.
