1. Prepare lessons. Understand the current situation of students' knowledge, learn emotions, and estimate the difficulties students may encounter when they learn new knowledge. Repeatedly emphasize, elaborate, and guide the study.
2. Classroom teaching. Pay attention to the creation of classroom atmosphere, pay attention to the way of inquiry-based learning and inspiring teaching, mobilize the interest and enthusiasm of students' learning, the language is concise and clear, the students are mainly in the classroom, with "practice" as the main line, practice and combination, fine Speak more practice, design and layout work. In the teaching, students can be encouraged at any time to mobilize the students' emotions, to be a teacher, and to think for the students.
3. After-school tutoring. In daily teaching, feedback is mainly provided through the operation situation, and the requirements and suggestions are given to the individual students, and the time is used for guidance. During the review process, students are encouraged to find their classmates and teachers to solve their own problems through the detection of missing errors. After each test, they will conduct quality analysis and timely feedback to guide and adjust the next teaching strategy. During class exercises, patrol guidance, identify problems in a timely manner, and counsel students.
4. Insufficient and reflective. The creation of classroom language and atmosphere needs to be further strengthened. The requirements for students are not strict enough. There is no effective measure for the implementation of students' knowledge and the “punishment” of not completing tasks. As a result, unconscious students fail to consolidate knowledge in time. The results fell.
Second, the chemical group has a well-organized work
1. Organize weekly class preparations. The weekly group preparations adhere to the guiding ideology of “taking the new curriculum standards and teaching materials as the basis and taking the development of students as the purpose” to establish a correct concept of preparing lessons and embody the concept of new curriculum reform. According to the idea of “preparing the whole book—the preparation of the class – preparing for the lesson”, the textbook is used to clarify the position and role of this chapter in the whole book, and to master the internal relationship between knowledge. Accurately determine teaching objectives, teaching priorities and difficulties. Play the role of collective lesson preparation, brainstorm and develop the best teaching plan.
2. Organize academic activities. On December 13th, a discipline competition was held with 170 participants and 38 winners, and the list was announced, which greatly motivated students to learn.
