I am a language teacher and a class teacher. I must not only do my own teaching work, but also shoulder the management of the class and the education of the students.

The work of the class teacher is trivial and requires patience and care. I insist that what I want to do for the students, I try to do it myself, because I believe that the power of the example is endless. I love every student. In the classroom, I have always emphasized to the students that the teacher is a good friend relationship with you. I respect them and work hard to understand them. After class, usually go to the students, chat with them, listen to the students, observe the students' mental state and emotional changes. Who has progressed, giving praise and encouragement; who has regressed, giving reminders and spurs; who is sick, giving care and love; who has difficulties, giving help and comfort. Let students get close to themselves and make themselves their true good friends.

Because this class is the "new" class I just took over, I have to understand everything from scratch. First of all, I am deeply involved in the practice. In addition to understanding the student information from the former class teacher, I also use the students to start from the school in my spare time. Whenever I have time, I often go to the class, except to know the student’s name as soon as possible and avoid mistakes. In addition to the phenomenon, it is more important to understand the actual situation of each student through communication with students. Such as their interests, personality, learning situation, family situation, etc., at the same time know which students' personality is introverted, and which students' personality is active and naughty. Find ways to help students progress, and have a law to follow. Indeed, communication and communication have become an important bridge between teachers and students. Because I often talked with the students and talked with each other, I gradually became more closely related to the students. I also found some helpful assistants to help me carry out the teaching work smoothly.
