It has created new glory in education and teaching management, education quality and school conditions. The main work of the year is summarized as follows:

First, pay close attention to school safety work

School safety is no small matter, and something is a big deal. Therefore, we must attach great importance to safety work and implement a division of responsibilities to people and be in place. The safety hazard investigation work was meticulous and extensive, and a safety investigation and registration was established. Regular inspections were urged to prompt timely rectification. Teachers will continue to be on duty. The teachers on duty will check and implement the school's various situations every day, and make records and feedback to eliminate potential safety hazards and protect the safety of teachers and students and public property.

Second, consolidate and improve the results of "individualized education"

1. Reasonable curriculum setting - let students receive adequate education

In order to reflect the individualized development of students, every student has learned something, and strives to set the curriculum to be scientific and rational. The content covers five parts: humanistic cultivation, scientific inquiry, artistic aesthetics, physical fitness and social practice. The school organizes students to participate in the flag-raising ceremony and adhere to morning exercises and inter-class activities. The discipline of students and the level of civility and courtesy have improved a lot. The school's campus safety focus is on inter-class activities and out-of-town activities, strengthening the training and system construction for all teachers' safety work, taking responsibility and implementing them. Every teacher is a safety supervisor. Conducting special education on security topics, the topics of special education we conducted this semester include earthquake escape drills, fire escape drills, obeying traffic rules, and how to save ourselves. Enable students to know both the importance of safety and the safety knowledge and skills.

Fourth, school education has achieved good results

A high-quality teaching team is the core to improve the competitiveness of the school. Only by improving the professional level of the teachers can the vitality of the school be enhanced. In order to build a high-quality teaching team, our school has done a lot of solid and effective work from both teaching and management.

The school has always grasped the center of education and teaching, organized teachers to conduct two rounds of multimedia teaching competitions, and eight teachers participated in teaching competitions in different subjects, and improved teachers' teaching materials through lectures, evaluations, and open classes. The ability of the classroom has promoted the overall level of teachers . In addition, our school's teachers actively write papers and get multiple papers at the national and provincial levels. Many young backbone teachers have been sent out to study and learn, so that all teachers can use the national special education resource library and advanced teaching concepts to promote the school teaching and research reform has become a common practice.

V. Greatly improved the conditions for running a school

The original school conditions of the school are relatively lagging behind, the infrastructure is still not perfect, and the construction of boarding schools has just started. The school leaders are really painstaking and strive for foreign aid. During the semester, under the donation of the Yaodu District Charity Federation and the charity entrepreneurs, our school has carried out a series of campus construction: 20 sets of multimedia classroom desks and chairs, 10 file cabinets, office cabinets and 3 electronic pianos. There are several music and sports equipments and one camera, which has greatly improved the school conditions and made the school a new look.

Sixth, strengthen the internal management of the school

1. Strict requirements on management teachers . We require the quantitative assessment of the work of teachers as the basis for evaluation and promotion. In routine management, we implemented check-in attendance. The routine inspection was conducted by the teaching and research group in January.

2. Our school is attached to the general school. It shares the playground and toilet with the sound children. It cannot be closed management. Under the circumstances of difficult management, we have implemented a system of supervised leaders and teachers on duty to effectively regulate the socialization of students. 3. Conduct various activities on a regular basis. In order to improve students' enthusiasm for learning, the school and various classes regularly carry out various activities, such as free movements during class, various sports events and so on. At the end of September, the time was even rainy. Our school greeted the donation activities of the Yaodu District Charity Federation and the charity entrepreneurs. Our students made a wonderful appreciation of the performances. The National Day of the National Day, "Dongdu News" did a live broadcast of the event.

At the beginning of November, Zhang Aiping, chairman of the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation, went to our school to collect the wind. 8. Vigorously develop vocational skills education.

After carefully reviewing the market demand and technical difficulty, at the beginning of October, our school purchased a large number of wire mesh flower making materials, strictly selected for each class, and selected 8 students to learn this hand-made technology. All teachers of our school are fully trained. The products made are highly rated.

In short, in the past year, we have been diligent, and all the faculty and staff have cooperated closely and selflessly, and have achieved relatively satisfactory results.
