Summary of key teachers' help work
Time flies, and the work of one semester has quietly left us. Looking back on the road that this semester has gone through, although it is very difficult, it is more joyful, happy, and mature. I am a county-level art backbone teacher . I know that this is both an honor and a pressure and responsibility. Therefore, I turned pressure into motivation, earnestly done every job, and lived up to the high expectations of school leaders and colleagues. I think so, and I did it. I know the truth that "a tree does not become a forest." Not only do I strictly demand myself and practice boldly, but I also form a support group with Mr. Chen Ying, who is willing to do so. The backbone teachers' assistance work for this semester is summarized as follows:
First, daily help work:
I seriously worked on the key teachers' help plan at the beginning of the semester, and completed the following tasks.
1. I have helped Chen to prepare a lesson every month, check a lesson plan, and really improve Chen's ability in the analysis and processing of textbooks.
2. I have listened to Mr. Chen’s art class every month and gave him a detailed commentary to help Mr. Chen improve.
3, to do every month to give Mr. Chen a section of the art demonstration class, played a role in demonstration and traction.
4. Instruct Mr. Chen to carry out education and teaching, carefully write records and reflections in the process of guidance, sum up experience and lessons, and organize and collect materials.
Second, the achievements:
The work is not in line with the people. With my help and the active efforts of Teacher Chen Ying, Teacher Chen’s “Birds and Trees Change” class has been well received by school leaders and colleagues in the school’s teaching and research.
"The road is long and the road is long, I will go up and down." I will continue to study, study, practice, reflect, and actively help Chen, and strive to achieve their own life value in ordinary positions.
The above is the summary of my backbone teacher assistance work this semester. To say that it is help, in fact, is to learn together and make progress together. In the past few years, my progress in teaching and the achievement of teaching achievements have been the result of meticulous guidance from leaders at all levels and the care and attention of colleagues. I have expressed my gratitude to the leaders. I hope that all leaders and colleagues will support me and help me as always. I have once again packed my bags and saved my strength. I blew the horn of the charge to the next stop.
