Teacher's annual work summary

In 2019, it was the fifth year after I set foot on the job. Looking back on the road that I have traveled in the past five years, although there is still a certain distance from my own target, it is undeniable that with the help of school leaders, colleagues and teachers, I am gradually growing up. Therefore, I have positioned the theme of my current work summary: 2011.

From superficial to profound, from childish to mature, from busy to basic, 2019 - I have progressed and developed in every aspect of my work. I deeply understand that teachers have a long way to go, not only shouldering the responsibility of teaching, but also bearing the burden of educating people. Teachers are the educators, organizers and leaders of the student class, and they are also the main force in school education. Below I will summarize some of my work in several areas:

I. Education and teaching work

Han Yu said: the teacher, preaching, teaching, and confusing. Teaching work is an important part of the teacher's work, which is related to the healthy growth of the students' minds. In this semester, I worked as a fifth-grade Chinese language teaching student, and I was able to seriously study the teaching materials and grasp the teaching materials. In the teaching, we strive to combine the new curriculum standards and teaching participation in textbooks, aiming at improving and cultivating students' ability to discover problems, analyze problems and solve problems, attach importance to students' innovative thinking and creativity, and comprehensively improve students' comprehensive language literacy.

The fifth grade students already have a strong self-awareness. To do a good job in teaching, you must first fully respect the students. When Yang Chuanyong, a national outstanding teacher, came to our school to make a report, he said: " Teachers can only find students' problems when they come close to students, and they can find the opportunity of education and light up the students' hearts." I am very at work. Pay attention to the emotional communication and training between students, and respect the students' enthusiasm and cognitive ability while strictly managing, let the students do it, encourage them to explore and practice boldly and improve together. This year, my class carried out a variety of activities such as the in-class baggage contest, my "walking" and "show", which greatly cultivated the students' ability and improved the students' enthusiasm for learning.

In teaching, under the influence of famous teachers Hai Zhen, Chen Jiangen and the backbone teacher Shen Yuejing, I gradually formed a simple, humorous and simple teaching style, which was deeply loved by students. The class that took it has also become a well-known "open class" class throughout the school. All classes have the highest "click-through rate" class when there are classes in the school or teachers from outside schools come to class. As a backbone teacher of the school, I have opened an open class 6 times in the school and sent it to the migrant school one time in the past year, striving to let myself grow up in the classroom.

Second, education and scientific research work

"Where is the channel clear? For the active head to come to the water." Our school is undoubtedly a square pond of Qingling Ling, how to make the water of this square pond clear and pleasant? The source of living water is naturally education and research. Of course, teaching and research is a systematic and complex innovation work that requires enthusiasm, interest and attention, and requires sufficient time and perseverance.

In order to encourage teachers to write educational essays, Professor Zhu Yongxin of Suzhou University has launched an “educational success insurance company” on the Internet. That is, if teachers insist on writing 1,000 essays every day, they insist on writing 3,650 articles in ten years, and the number of words reaches 3.65 million words. To become an educator, if a teacher insured 10,000 a decade ago, he would pay 1 million. I didn't go to Zhu to insure, but after five years of work, I have a special liking for teaching and research.

In the past 10 years, the Municipal Education Bureau has promoted the research work of “tears and students reading a whole book” in the whole city, and asked the two schools to send two teachers to participate in experimental research. I am honored to be one of them. In fact, before this activity was pushed forward, due to my emphasis on students' extracurricular reading, my class had already formed a strong reading atmosphere. After participating in the experiment, after many trainings, I had more methods to guide students in extracurricular reading, and also achieved some remarkable results. In my semester, I have 20 books per person, 2 book exchange seminars, and 28 student papers published in newspapers and magazines above the city level. I hosted the 2019 annual project of Wujiang City, "Starting a new education experiment to improve the reading and writing of primary school students", and won the first prize of the research results of the project. The 13 papers and essays written were published. In addition, I also commented on “Wujiang City Teaching Experts”, which is a new milestone in my education and research.

Third, the work of the Youth League and other

As the secretary of the Youth League branch and the deputy secretary of the school's general branch, I can do my job well and carry out various activities to enrich the life of the teachers . In March, more than 100 members of the team went to Wuxi to participate in the training of the class teacher, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Shantou. In April, we carried out an educational narrative essay competition with the theme of “love, responsibility and growth” among the teachers; Conduct a speech contest to "inspire youth"...

"Youth Altar" is the publication of the Communist Youth League. It mainly publishes the educational essays of the members and teachers , and it is an important platform for the exchange and study of the majority of the teachers . The bimonthly magazine has now appeared in 18 issues. It has won high praise from the leaders of the town league committee for its exquisite articles and ingenious design.

At the same time, this semester, I also served as the educational layout of the "Wujiang Silk Capital" newspaper. In the spare time, I can actively write school news, select excellent teacher articles, recommend good news, good articles to the newspaper, and contribute to the promotion of schools and teachers .
