A summer education job is coming to an end soon, reviewing this summer job. At the beginning, I was very nervous when I came into contact with this position. On the first day, the first lesson of summer training was started - fourth grade mathematics. I am mainly responsible for the small mathematics of the country. The first day of class is a success. During the class, the students raised their hands and answered that they were more active. The afternoon homework was completed well. This proves that today students can search for knowledge. In this way, every other day will be in contact with different grades, different students, the feelings in the natural heart are not the same.

From the second grade, there are a total of seven students. Every student has his own strengths and weaknesses, but the first thing they share is the encouragement of the teacher. Because they are encouraged to have more enthusiasm for learning, the second point is that the consciousness is mostly not high. In the education of them, the most profound images of me are Huang Junjie and Wu Sikai. Huang Junjie is a relatively intelligent student. He can get a quick grasp of new knowledge in class, and he does it quickly when he does his homework, and the accuracy rate is also very high. The most different thing about him and other students is that he is self-conscious, and I think that's why he can do his homework quickly and accurately. The second is Wu Sikai. Compared with Huang Junjie, his consciousness is poor, and he needs the teacher to be embarrassed from time to time. He can listen carefully in class, but the homework is not ideal. I think he should slowly improve his consciousness under the constant reminder of the teacher, then this is the most important. Only with the enthusiasm and autonomy of learning can we continue to learn. Second-year students are not very close to learning, so they need to increase their autonomy in learning and encourage them.

I am always happy with the education in the third grade. I felt like I was back in my childhood when I was in contact with them. However, there is also a student who has a headache for me. Her name is Xia Lijun, a student who seems to be a sophomore. It is very easy for her to go to class, so the mastery of knowledge is slower than other students. Therefore, after the homework in the afternoon, sometimes the topic will be given to her to go home and further master the knowledge. But he also has the reassurance that sometimes the homework that is arranged in the morning will go home and finish, and it will be ok.

The fourth grade also has a headache for me, Yang Tianlong, a smart but very silent student. Answering questions on the first day is less active than other students. It is said that it is more or not. . . It improved after several conversations. I can raise my hand actively in class, and I will ask the teacher if I don't understand. I hope that the future study will be improved on the basis of maintenance.

One of the fifth-grade students, Xiao Chenlu, gave me a deeper image. On the first day of class, she felt that she was very disdainful about knowledge, which made me feel uncomfortable, and then made up my mind that I must change your attitude. In the process of teaching, she will have some little friction, but now she listens to me more, and feels that her attitude towards me is very different from before. The sixth grade, which has just taken over, has not been in contact for a long time, but we have become familiar with each other. One of the students, Yin Yuan, gave me a deep impression. She is a girl who never plays a bad class in class, and she listens carefully. I always sighed when I asked questions, and she felt that she was a bit unnatural.

For all grades, I think that what you have to be a teacher is a sense of responsibility and patience. For the students of the younger grades, they should be encouraged regularly. The students in the upper grades must be strict for a while. For myself, in this education, I feel that the point that I lack is that the students are not too strict, so that some senior students are not obedient, and they must be slack in teaching in order to better manage students. Secondly, this education not only exercises their own expressive ability, but the most important thing is the kind of happiness that they feel in the communication with the students.
