In the days of working in Greenson, I was almost unknowingly coming to an end. In these 25 days, I learned social experiences that I could not learn in college, and my ability in all aspects has been greatly improved. During this period, I was respected by students and parents, which made me feel very happy, and made myself more cheerful than before, and handled things more mature and calm.

Before that trip to Wuhan University, I was still worried about whether I could manage the students in the first and second grades. If there was such an accident, I would not know what to do. On the day of the result, the students were very obedient. Under my command, they walked in an orderly manner, and all the way was smooth. Just when I got on the bus, there was a student sitting in the wrong car, which made me very flustered. But fortunately, it is best for me to bring our classmates back home together with Ma Huan. With this experience, I feel that my leadership ability has been greatly improved, and my colleagues' ability to cooperate has been well exercised. Although Tiangong is not beautiful, I also feel that this trip to Wuhan University has benefited a lot. The relationship with the students is more harmonious.

I was teaching in Berlin. Compared with the other places in the past, several classrooms on our side were considered to be in poor condition. Especially for a few days, I was able to bite and get along with my students. Now I know that I am still very hard-working. I think this is very beneficial for my future work anywhere. Before teaching, I need to prepare lessons. I need to analyze the content they want to learn very well, so while teaching them, I am more thorough and careful in thinking about things. In class, I occasionally need to manage the discipline of the class. This has also greatly improved my ability to manage. Fortunately, most of my students are very good at learning, very obedient. I am very willing to listen to them, and I often talk to them. Exchange your own learning experience and tell them that if you want to get into a good university in the future, you must work hard now to lay a solid foundation for the future. Therefore, the students are particularly active in the classroom, actively answering questions, and asking questions when they are not familiar with the class. I also teach them very happy. Sometimes, sometimes the class is occasionally troublesome, it is a bit troublesome, but there is nothing wrong with it. This has been smooth. Some students are particularly good, they will definitely be great in the future, I believe that they can often use them to learn in the future, not only in terms of knowledge, but also many other aspects.

My biggest shortcomings have been greatly improved in this teaching experience. This is my biggest achievement. My verbal ability has been greatly improved, and the Mandarin is also more standard than before. I think if it is not this opportunity, I will not deliberately exercise my ability in this aspect. I have confidence in my future interview. At the same time, I am more daring in doing things, more assertive, and able to deal with some unexpected things more flexibly than before, which is also a big improvement.

There is also a lot of good colleagues and good friends. I have learned a lot from them. We have been working together for nearly a month. This month, I am very happy with them.
