Summary of the work of the Chinese language teachers


Soon this summer training is about to end. Looking back, this is the fourth training period I spent in Greensson. Throughout the work, what impressed me the most was the new development of Greenson and the new teachers and lovely students.

The content of my work has always been the national language, and in this issue, I am facing the teaching of the fifth grade to the sixth grade of the National Primary School. For me, this is another new challenge. Understand the basic situation of students of all grades, and analyze the psychological characteristics of students of different ages, develop different teaching plans and carry out curriculum arrangement.

In the whole teaching process, the second grade class is more special. Because the students are younger, they have less knowledge of the basic knowledge they have learned. They focus on the word training and choose the textbook "Standard Practice". Read the second grade semester textbook knowledge in advance and prepare for the school teacher's teaching. During the teaching period, a student caught my attention. The student's name was Yang Bangjun. He was not solid enough about the knowledge he had learned in the first grade, which led to slow and complicated mistakes. What initially worried me was the character of the student. He didn't like to talk, he was very introverted, he didn't want to be in contact with his classmates, his attitude was not positive, and he was not as active as his peers. After discovering these problems, I changed the consistent teaching mode according to the actual situation of the student, and actively communicated with him in class. He answered questions, read the texts, encouraged bold speeches, and answered the wrong teaching plans to enhance students' confidence and increase their courage. At the end of this training session, I found that he has changed a lot since then and has become cheerful and lively.

Another student, named Wu Sikai, had just taken the initiative to find me and Mr. Liang to talk about the situation of the students when they first entered the school. Parents demanded higher students. It was also because the parents mentioned that Wu Sikai was rescued by amniotic fluid when he was born. Children who are reborn are worried that parents are worried about their ability to respond to their thinking. In fact, I and Mr. Liang agreed that the student's learning situation is good, and the performance of all aspects is more prominent. The study is very positive and the attitude is correct. By communicating with the parents again, let her face up to the child's actual situation, have a correct understanding of the child, and conduct a guided education suitable for her child in the later education process.

In addition to the second grade, other grades have relatively strong autonomy in learning. According to the actual situation, all grades choose to use Reading and Composition as training materials to improve students' writing ability and reading comprehension.

The third-grade class focuses on cultivating the ability to read pictures and learn to describe fragments. Read the essay autonomously and develop the habit of independent thinking. Be careful when answering the questions. The fourth-grade class is a class with a poor overall level in the senior class. The basic writing mode of the composition is not very good. Therefore, on the basis of reading training, the composition training is increased. At the end of the period, the students have a good effect. In the fifth-grade and sixth-grade classes, the two senior students are older and have better knowledge. Therefore, they can absorb well in the process of learning new knowledge, and the results are relatively obvious and the results are outstanding.

The above is my summary of the work in this period of teaching. In the practice of teaching again and again, in a group of students, I am more deeply aware of being a teacher in the face of a group of lovely students, and I can see that they are growing up, and when they have made progress and improvement, they are happy.

In this period of teaching arrangement, I also saw that Greenson is also growing. Such growth seems to indicate the infinite development of the future. I hope that all the teachers who have worked hard in this period of teaching can make progress. To create a new future, I look forward to the next glory of Greenson.
