First, help the "family conditions difficult students"
In my class, there are some students with financial difficulties in their families. To treat such a child, I first communicate with the child and ask about the actual situation at home. There is a child in my class. The family lives in the suburbs and the mother does not work. From the first grade, the child commutes on his own, and often comes to school without water or because he can't eat breakfast because he is driving. After learning about his situation, I often went to the office to give him water. When I saw that he didn't have breakfast, I immediately bought him food. According to his situation, I also actively communicated with his parents. In view of the fact that his family is far from the school, his father is busy with his work, his mother can't walk away from home, and the class's duty work is not arranged for him.
Second, the help of "single parent family students"
When I first took the first grade, I was mainly involved in the investigation of children with or without single-parent families in the class. I mainly communicated with the children or communicated with the parents. After investigation, I found that there are certain single-parent families in my class, and there are cases of family disharmony. The children are just in the 2nd grade and they don't know much about the special circumstances of single-parent families. But the depths of their young hearts are different from normal children. When I saw my classmate’s mother sending books to her children, they still envied in their hearts and felt unhappy. From the children's eyes, I can feel the sadness in their hearts. For the children of these single-parent families, I usually care more about them. When they make mistakes, they don’t dig them out and they should be justified. When normal family children and single-parent families make the same mistakes, the educational methods are different. Because the children of single-parent families lack some fatherly love or maternal love, they have a certain sense of inferiority in their hearts, so they should fully consider their self-esteem and let them feel the love of teachers and classmates.
Third, the help of "learning students"
In each class, there are students with poor academic performance. To treat these poor students, I ask them more in the usual classroom teaching. In the spare time, I also take the initiative to find these students and provide them with basic counseling. I also arrange for students with learning difficulties to be seated with children with better academic performance, so that in normal life, children with good grades can help children with poor grades, and children with poor grades can follow the example of students with good grades. study hard. Children with poor academic performance also have a strong self-respect. When they are not ideal, they do not criticize them, but encourage them and build confidence in them. When they have a little progress, I have to give them praise in time. This enhances their self-confidence, they are no longer bored with learning, but more and more like learning.
The "three trapped students" in the class can be said to be a big focus of the class teacher's usual education and teaching. Treating such a "three trapped students" may be more difficult than teaching ten normal children. But as a people's teacher , every child should be treated equally, so that they all receive the same education, so that they can grow up healthy and happy.
