Summary of remote training work
A total of 450 people in our county participated in a 10-day summer high school teacher remote training. In order to further strengthen the next step of work, sum up experience, make up for the deficiencies, better enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of the training, and improve the theoretical business level of teachers . It is summarized as follows:
First, raise awareness and fully understand the importance of training
In order to do a good job of training all the teachers outside the summer language, the school has taken a number of measures to strengthen the training management.
1. Prepare for pre-repair work. In order to ensure that all trainees successfully enter the training state, our school organizes a good management meeting, a guiding teacher meeting, and a training teacher mobilization meeting to clearly define the requirements. At the same time, the network management personnel are required to familiarize themselves with the operating procedures and network debugging during the holidays. Do a detailed study and preparation work.
2. Focus on process management. Teachers are required to do two “combinations” in the training process: the combination of distance training and school-based training, training and peacetime teaching. In view of the fact that some teachers may only pay attention to the phenomenon of training and neglect the quality of the work, the school held a meeting of instructors, requiring all disciplines to clarify the purpose of training, and work hard to launch quality work to ensure that teachers have the necessary income.
3. Strengthen system management. Establish and improve three systems: First, the responsibility system, the principal is personally in charge, and the vice principal is responsible for the overall work of training. The leader of the teaching and research team and the leader of the preparation team are directly responsible persons, and the first level is the first level, and the implementation is carried out at different levels. The second is the attendance system, which requires the attendance staff to do a good job of attendance records. The training teachers should be treated according to normal work during the training process, and should not be late, leave early, and break the class; third, the evaluation system, the school has developed quantitative assessment measures, training for teachers . Supervise and inspect.
Second, expert exchanges, baptism of teachers' ideas
The teachers are studying hard and the enthusiasm is high. I came to the computer room early every day, sat in front of the computer to watch videos, do homework, and commented. I was too late to leave. The indoor air is hot and dry, but the teachers don't complain, don't scream, the 10-day training is no one, the class is late, and the teachers are eager to seize this good opportunity to improve charging, study hard, and grow with the new curriculum.
In the video, the experts used their rigorous academic attitude, rich teaching experience, noble teacher morality and advanced theoretical level to provide a wonderful report for the teachers of the school, giving teachers the professional ethics, theoretical level and teaching practice. Great improvement and improvement, teachers generally believe that every expert report is a baptism of thought, a collision of the soul, a theoretical lead, and a level improvement for each teacher who is trained. Their teaching art and practical experience are correct. Our teachers will have far-reaching influence; the on-site lectures of front-line teachers also give teachers a lot of enlightenment, their dedication to their careers, their love for students, their enthusiasm for education, their extensive knowledge, and their rich educational arts. The meticulous study of education and teaching left a deep impression on the participants and set an example.
Third, harvest hope, benefit trainers
This full-time training event is arranged in an orderly manner, with rich content, convenient and practical methods, and strong practicality, which provides a good development platform for teachers' professional growth. All the trainees cherish this learning opportunity, seriously participate in training, take the initiative to learn, diligently sum up reflection, comprehensively improve their own quality, promote their professional development, and achieve the intended purpose. The trainees all said that the training was very rewarding. Every time after listening to the experts' comments, there was always a feeling of openness; every face-to-face discussion was a sincere exchange; every assignment was a new sentiment and reflection. All the participants have further understanding of the module teaching and laid a solid foundation for the new semester's elective class.
In the summer of 2019, according to the unified deployment of the Shandong Provincial Department of Education, the Shandong Provincial Teacher Education Network was used to organize a 10-day new course special training for Chinese, Chinese, Chinese, and English teachers . In order to organize this training, we conducted many researches, learned about the school's hardware facilities and network conditions, and identified 11 places like Fuguo Middle School as a centralized training center for language, mathematics, and English teachers . On July 20th, the training sites held a preparatory meeting to elaborate on the content, mode, time and conditions of the training, and put forward specific requirements. In order to successfully start the training, 98 teachers in the organization and English were reported at their respective training points at 2:00 pm on July 26, and a special committee was set up to organize teachers to conduct login tests on the network platform to ensure each training. Students log on to the Internet on time for online learning. During the training period, the inspection schedule was arranged. The inspection team consisting of all the comrades in the teaching and research section and the teacher training department conducted daily inspection guidance and provided guidance. Sub-disciplinary tracking and counseling, each centralized learning and learning point has set up the class service and management throughout the class, implement the four-point system one day, and timely report on attendance.
During the period of training from July 27th to August 7th, most of the participating teachers can watch videos, browse resources, submit homework, actively participate in online seminars, and concentrate on learning more than 6 hours every day. The person in charge of the training point, the class teacher and all the students jointly selected and selected 26 comrades as outstanding students, and the certificate was awarded by the Education Commission. For the non-full-time students, the city has notified the school, and all schools are required to include the attendance of the students in the annual assessment of the next school year. All the students who have reached more than two times, have more than one day of leave, have more than two days of sick leave, or have been absent for more than half a day have all lunch. The subsidy school will not be reimbursed.
Through the training of three subjects in 2019, the knowledge of all teachers has been broadened, and the exchanges with experts have solved the doubts in teaching in a timely manner, which greatly promoted the education and teaching of middle schools.
Fourth, several suggestions
1. Improve the teacher training mechanism and increase the intensity of teacher training so that training and learning become the norm for teachers' work and life.
2. Expand the effectiveness of the training platform. The training platform can not only be used for summer training, to amplify its efficacy, and is used for daily teaching and research. It can promote the professional development of teachers by accumulating points and increasing teacher credits.
3. Enhance the stability of the training platform, so that it can complete remote training more efficiently and smoothly. For example, on July 14th, due to the network failure of the training platform, the training was stopped for one day.
4, constantly update the training and learning videos, more close to the actual teaching and teaching.
