Using the spare time, looking for a large amount of information, they are hard-pressed to print them into words, printed and distributed to students, in a timely manner in the classroom for students to compare reading, to develop students' ability to transfer knowledge.

Diligent and dedicated to the development of students

Teaching quality is an important factor in the future of the school and an important measure of each teacher's teaching work. In this semester, I will teach all my energy to the development of students' potential according to the different situations of students. Usually, sacrifice your free time, use the lunch break every Monday to do free tutoring for students or supervise them in the classroom, to a certain extent help students create a "race to race" learning atmosphere; in order to improve students in the short term At the level of composition, insist on at least one additional writing task per week. Although the teaching tasks of this semester are busy and tense, in order to timely absorb advanced teaching information and pay attention to the new teaching dynamics, I will look at some education and teaching books and magazines when I have time, and find excellent teaching plans online.
