Our school continued to focus on theoretical studies on Tuesday afternoon. 3. In order to improve the teaching level of teachers , our school listened to the lectures of two teachers , Zhang Shufang and Zhai Zhuangwei, and immediately conducted class evaluations after class. The school design exercises are tested to test the teaching results.

5. At the end of March, the school organized a monthly exam. Teachers will promptly check for missing vacancies, adjust teaching methods, and focus on making up the basis for replenishing work.
6. Organized the selection of safety handwritten newspapers, and timely recommended and recommended to the town center school for evaluation. The two handwritten copies of Wang Xiaoyan and Liu Shuai of our school won the second prize, and the school also won the Excellent Organization Award.
7. Strictly adjust the schedule of work according to the requirements of the higher level to ensure the implementation of the “burden reduction” work, so that students have sufficient rest time to promote the healthy growth of students' physical and mental health.
Second, the problems in the work are:
a. The quality of the teacher's preparation is poor, the word is sloppy, and there is no substance after reflection or reflection. The third grade teaching plan adds less content.
b. The teacher lacks guidance on the student's words, resulting in poor student words.
c. The teacher 's thoughts are backward, the old methods, the old way, the full house irrigation phenomenon is serious, and the teaching mode cannot enter the classroom. Although some teachers use the "three doubts and three explorations" to prepare lessons, the preparation of lessons is still the old method.
d. The teaching work is not solid and the implementation is not in place. For example, the lecture records cannot be evaluated according to the new classroom evaluation criteria. Political and business learning words are sloppy; experience is shallow; first-year language work has more typos.
In response to the above problems, our school will require teachers to quickly rectify, strict requirements, do a personal work plan, work to be meticulous, work hard in preparing lessons, and think more ways to improve the quality of teaching, and strive to complete this year's teaching tasks.
