Summary of new teacher work in 2019

Today, I have been involved in education for more than 9 months. I also went to the Yichun City Teacher Training Institute to learn about the starting date of the Yichun Teacher Training College and my colleagues. During this period, I learned, communicated, and discussed with my colleagues. I experienced feelings, felt happiness, and achieved gains. This is an important year for me to remember. The main situation is reported as follows:

First, love and dedication

More than 9 months ago, I chose education and chose Chinese small physical education. Now I am more determined about my choice. Because the growth of primary and secondary school students requires a healthy body, it is more necessary for the sports workers who think about their health. This is a clear goal in my life. I am happy to fight for this goal. At the beginning of the work, I participated in the "One Belt and One" teaching and research activities carried out by the college. I conducted preliminary research on the teaching of the middle school and the health status of the students in the Uma River District, Yichun District, and Friendship District, and carefully prepared lessons and lectures. Commenting on a wide range of knowledge, and writing an analysis report on "Fairness in Physical Education Teaching". This is my first experience in realizing the value of life, and it has also given me the motivation to further improve the level of teaching and research work and ideological consciousness. In July of this year, I won the prestigious award in the 11th National Small and Medium Quality Watching Council’s “Simpness Assessment and Communication Platform” organized by the Central Education Institute. This is an interpretation of my work, and it is my own future. A starting point.

Second, rigorous study

The work of the Teachers' College of Education has enhanced my understanding. As a "teacher of the division", I must master the profound knowledge of cultural science. First of all, we should be familiar with the basic theories, basic concepts, and basic skills of the disciplines we teach, and be familiar with the deep and thorough. Secondly, it must be based on Guangbo, and work hard under hard work. I don't stay on the surface of the "China's Small Sports and Health Curriculum Standards". I don't know why, but I also know why. Recently, I read books such as "General History of Foreign Education" and "History of Modern Chinese Education History", and through chewing and gathering one by one, I have a sense of self-satisfaction in the acquisition of knowledge of Chinese small sports health courses. In terms of spiritual sustenance, there is a sense of pride in "civilization, its spirit, and savageness." In terms of thought, information, and communication, there is a sense of independence that "changes of the past and the present, and becomes a family."

Third, aggressive

In this work, I have earnestly studied the party's basic theories and important works, especially the serious study of the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and the important speeches of Comrade xx. Under the guidance of the Party Branch of the College, we constantly improve ourselves and enrich ourselves. In strict accordance with the standards of party members, they should be asked to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and strive to train themselves into qualified Communist Party members in the new era.

As a grassroots party member, I realize that I still have a lot of deficiencies in my work. Therefore, I always pay attention to learning from other comrades in my daily work, to observe discipline and unite my comrades, and to have a clear educational purpose, a correct attitude, and to study business and work hard. Hard work; especially to learn from outstanding party members. What is a good colleague? How to become a good colleague in the hearts of all the staff of the college is the first question I have to think about. The college has a variety of people, rich, poor, and extreme, and positive. However, I think that a person's good and bad, right and wrong, not what he wants to be, how should he look at how people around him evaluate him. There is a saying that is good: "The eyes of the people are sharp," but a university asks, and I really realized it during this time. Those who want to make a difference and want others to support themselves must learn to be a person first! Otherwise, it will do more with less, or the consequences will be more serious. It will seriously make a person lose the confidence of being a man...

Secondly, what I want to think about is how to do a good job of teaching and research staff. To be a good teaching and researcher, first of all, business ability is very important. With a good business, we can serve the grassroots and guide the classroom teaching at the grassroots level. Therefore, I want to develop, only continuous learning, learning from theory, learning from practice, learning from grassroots teachers, and learning from all areas of possibility. Only in this way can the teaching and research activities be refined and changed... second and the grassroots Teachers get along well. The teaching and research staff should regard each grassroots teacher as a member of the family, understand the situation of each teacher , explore their strengths, and create a harmonious team atmosphere. The teaching and research staff should also learn from the grassroots teachers the successful experience explored in the curriculum reform, and enhance and summarize the experience.
