I am a Chinese teacher in the 2nd and 4th classes of the 4th grade, and I am the class teacher of the 2nd class. At work, like every teacher and class teacher, I silently repeat simple and ordinary daily management and teaching work every day. I have been reminiscing in these days, and the time of a busy year is fleeting. The tempering of this year has benefited a lot, and accumulated a valuable asset.

The value of a person can only be reflected in the work. Only when you love work can you love life, and you can live in harmony without utilitarianism and evaluation. Only you can stand on your own job and do everything well, no matter what you are. It is still exceptional. In the love of work, what I have gained in the past year is more happiness and satisfaction.

In teaching, I made full use of the two years of graduating class teaching experience and the CET papers, and I was more targeted in teaching, reviewing, preparing school cases, doing questions and commenting. It not only pays attention to students' mastery of Chinese knowledge, but also pays more attention to improving students' ability to use the knowledge they have learned to analyze and solve problems.

In the class management, the discipline and learning style of my class have improved a lot in the year, the academic performance has been continuously improved, and the top students are getting more and more. According to the scores of some of the senior high school entrance examinations held in these days, there are currently 4 people in my class of 700 or more, 5 in 680 and above, and 10 in 580 or above.
