In the first half of 2019, I came to 87 Middle School. Since then I have served as an English teacher for seven years and seven classes. During this period, I used the whole language teaching method to teach words. In the second half of 2019, I worked as a class teacher for the sixth class and nine classes, and also served as an English teacher for three classes and nine classes. I will talk about my work for this semester from two aspects:

I. Work of the class teacher

As a new class teacher, I am full of passion for my work, but my experience is still shallow. I am open-minded to the old teachers , especially my teacher Guo Wei. 2. English teaching

I have worked as an English teacher for three classes and nine classes this semester. In teaching, I study hard, thoroughly read the textbooks, delve into the teaching materials, analyze the basic situation of the students, identify the key points of teaching, and break through the difficulties of teaching. Strive for the lifelong development of students, to teach students in accordance with their aptitude. In the teaching, my master, Director Wang Xiaoxia, always patiently explained to me. She always told me to pay attention to the key points in the study. This made my teaching ability improve greatly. I also contact the theory learned in the postgraduate stage. In the actual teaching.
