Teacher's teaching work summary

I feel that only art is eternal, only art can attract people, and only superb teaching art can attract students. Although I don't have a superb teaching art, I have been struggling to pursue it. Therefore, in the usual teaching, I think most about how to deal with the teaching materials artistically, how to maximize the attention of students in a limited 45 minutes, and strive to improve the quality of 45 minutes. In my teaching concept, I am not in favor of working overtime. Reasons: First, I feel that it takes a long time to make up the lessons for the students. This method has a lot of harm from the perspective of the healthy growth of the students' physical and mental health. Second, from a psychological point of view, this approach can only It is inefficient and even ineffective. Students are also people. If we leave students behind after work every day, even if the surface is willing to stay, what efficiency will it be? After a student’s intense study in the morning or afternoon, we will be left as a teacher to help, so for a long time, how will this efficiency be? Therefore, I never advocate leaving students to counsel after school, playing fatigue, causing students to be tired of learning, and the teachers and students are exhausted and have no income. The quality of classroom teaching has been improved, teachers have been able to teach easily, students have learned easily, and the quality of teaching has been guaranteed. I have brought a few recurrent Chinese teaching in the middle school. From the beginning of 1995, the language of the third and third graduating classes of the following 98 years and XX years have achieved the first place in the Shunde in the middle school entrance examination, each reincarnation. After that, I will have a newer and deeper understanding of the art of teaching, as well as a higher pursuit.

Case 1

I woke up in the middle of the night and suddenly thought that the handling of a certain teaching session was not very good. I am afraid I forgot it after waking up the next day, so I immediately got up and took notes. That's it. Although it didn't reach the realm of "tea and rice not thinking", it also suffered two days and two nights. After class evaluation, this class has three characteristics: independent, open, orderly, and innovative. In particular, the orderly process fully reflects the rigor and order of the teaching process, which is an important guarantee for improving the efficiency of classroom teaching. The evaluation of experts and peers gave me great encouragement and support. In the end, I also successfully passed the test of “Six Ones” and passed the “Four Teachings”. After the "Six One" competition, I seriously thought about and summarized the game, and got a lot of valuable teaching experience. In the face of the results, I only feel that the weight of the pointer in the hand is heavier. I think more about "how to further improve the efficiency of classroom teaching." Looking back now, the open class and competition class is both a temper for a growing young teacher and a rare opportunity to improve classroom teaching efficiency. I have always taken this kind of "expansion" as a rare opportunity to improve my classroom teaching art. In this case, what I want to explain is that we must have the spirit of persistent pursuit in doing things, and things will be more perfect, and teaching will be the same.
Case 2
"Where the channel is clear, it is the source of living water." I think, as a teacher , especially a language teacher , I read a lot of books, and strive to improve my theoretical level and knowledge, and use advanced teaching theory to guide my teaching. This is the channel of our thinking, the clear living water. In order to improve the efficiency of the composition class, in the composition teaching, we should do a good job in the teaching work plan and use the theory of modern cognitive psychology to guide the teaching. Modern cognitive psychology suggests that the pros and cons of students' academic performance are mainly determined by their learning methods. A communique published by UNESCO also pointed out that illiterate people in the 21st century are not illiterate people, but people who cannot learn. Therefore, in the composition teaching, I use this theory as a guide. When preparing for class, I am breaking the routine, not how to examine, how to conceive, how to organize materials as the focus of lesson preparation, but the student's learning method as the focus of lesson preparation. . The specific approach is:
First, on the giant view, we will combine extensive reading, intensive reading, and experimentation with writing. Mr. Ye Shengtao said that reading is the basis of writing. Case three
Lectures should pay attention to "fun", do a personal teaching work plan, try to attract students' attention. As we all know, Chinese teaching is a language art, the teaching of knowledge, the exchange of emotions between teachers and students, mainly by language. Therefore, in daily teaching, it is necessary for teachers to properly quote philosophical quotes based on the content of the text, so that it is both popular and thought-provoking, and enhances the expressiveness, persuasiveness and appeal of language.
