3. 1. Work, establish equipment account, conduct monthly assessment of equipment owners, strengthen reward and punishment measures, ensure that equipment is operating normally, and production is normal.

2. The accuracy of the packaged data is not in place, resulting in errors in the package storage, label errors, incorrect specifications, wrong customer names, and caused a lot of troubles for delivery, especially for foreign trade orders, which caused several problems due to data problems. Delaying the delivery problem caused a certain loss for the company. The main reason was that the management was not in place, the operator’s responsibility was not strong, and the preparation work was not done well in advance. In the new year, I will adjust the package storage method and go offline. And the packaging uses the assembly line operation, the small pieces are not directly put into the box packaging, the label labeling is specifically implemented to the responsible person, the product specifications and quantity in the box are strictly enforced, the label is consistent, the storage is strictly according to the single order, and the special responsible person is arranged to track the foreign trade order products. 3. Production efficiency and personnel management are not in place. First of all, production efficiency, on-line products and hangers are not prepared in time, the size of the workpiece is unreasonable, the use of the hangers is not standardized, the arrangement of the on-line personnel is unreasonable, the spacing of the hangers is not standardized, etc. The reason is that the on-line products can not reach a series of problems of full hanging, empty hanging and empty lines. The uncontrolled number of stopping lines is also the reason that directly affects production efficiency. Secondly, personnel management is not in place, resulting in employee responsibility. Team. 4. Quality management and large order closing work are not in place. The first is the quality problem workshop. The monthly accumulation of powder due to the product. 2. The general operator of our company is too fluid. During the break, people often see smokers in the workshop and spit freely. It can be seen everywhere that most employees trust the company and lose without dependence. When some ordinary employees violate the rules, they can compromise by resignation or leave, so the company's rules and regulations are difficult to implement, and management is also increased.
