1. Product output

In the past year, the workshop conducted experiments and explorations in the case of small batch size, technical instability and imperfection in the production process. In order to meet the requirements of customers' production and quality, our department rationally adjusts the production and processing technology, and utilizes limited resources to meet the customer's delivery time in time, laying a foundation for future products.

2, product quality

3. Equipment management

4. Safety production

In the past year, our workshop has incorporated safety production into the daily management of production, and has always been able to educate the employees of the workshop on safety knowledge, and to supervise and eliminate the safety hazards in the workshop. 1. Quality management

1) Insufficient quality awareness of employees: At present, there are still some indifferent attitudes and indifferent attitudes in some employees. This has a lot to do with cultivating employees' quality awareness, establishing a sense of quality crisis, and implementing product quality responsibility system.

2) Lack of full participation in quality management philosophy: What we lack now is the full participation of quality. 2, personnel management

Third, from the overall aspect of the company, I have a few suggestions.

1. Establish a sound work quality responsibility system. Therefore, it is recommended that the company strengthen its establishment and training in corporate culture and employee belonging and team cohesion.
