The production situation in XX is reported as follows:

First, production management:

Second, production work

1. With the increase of varieties and shortening of delivery time, in order to give full play to equipment efficiency and reduce frequent changes in variety models, we should try to achieve coordinated production across the entire variety of products, concentrate on completing uniform varieties, and then transfer models to improve production efficiency;

2. In order to achieve productivity as soon as possible, the implementation of the intensive training method, the theoretical and practical training for the centralized organization of machining organizations, through the short-term study and assessment, enable new employees to work independently and in a timely and effective manner, and strive for valuable time for production tasks;

3. In order to improve the work efficiency and safety of the workshop staff, the equipment tool use and safety production knowledge training was carried out on site;

4. In order to reduce the unqualified rate of the shaft head, the organization and machining performed the theory of the shaft head processing technology and the on-the-spot training and learning, which enabled the employees to further understand and improve the awareness of product quality;

5.
