My main responsibility is to manage the vehicle management at the whole station. Our unit is located in the outer suburbs. Every day, we have to pick up and drop off workers to and from work. Do a good job in the repair and maintenance of vehicles. Usually, you can urge drivers to do a good job in vehicle safety inspection to ensure the safety of vehicles. Do a good job in cleaning the vehicles so that each car is clean and tidy. Do a good job in vehicle data management, such as vehicle annual review and renewal, vehicle travel records and fuel consumption.

Regularly educate and instruct drivers to drive vehicles in the right, scientific way, based on the characteristics of the vehicle, to minimize fuel consumption and other losses, save money, and extend the life of the vehicle. Regular safety education classes are required to require drivers to put safe driving in the first place and not to relax for a moment.
My life is simple, my style is decent, and I work hard. I usually get along well with my colleagues, lead by example, lead the comrades of the driver team to do a good job; respect the leadership, listen to different opinions humbly, and give opinions on the opinions of some cadres and workers, patiently answer and timely report to the leaders, and have been well received many times.

However, there are still many deficiencies in the work, mainly due to lack of patience, the maintenance technology of the vehicle is not comprehensive, and lacks initiative.
