Production internship summary


From August 22nd to September 1st, XX, we led a 10-day production internship for all students in Class 02, Class 2, and Class 3 of Materials Forming and Control Engineering.
This time we went to Changchun FAW internship, using lectures and visiting the factory to conduct on-site visits and learning combined teaching methods, overcoming the short internship time and the difficulty of internship funding, successfully completed this internship task. By watching automotive stampings, forgings, castings, welding parts manufacturing processes, heat treatment processes, machining processes for automotive parts, mold manufacturing processes, and assembly lines for trucks and cars, students are making processes and processes for automotive parts. And the assembly process has a preliminary perceptual understanding; the section chief of the Internship Management Division used multimedia to introduce the car factory, so that the students can understand the development history of China's automobile industry and the hard work spirit of FAW people. The lecture not only enabled the students to learn the forging expertise, but also enabled the students to have a theoretical and systematic understanding of the significance of this internship and some of the problems encountered during the internship.
Through the on-site visit to the forging factory, the students not only learned about the traditional die forging process and equipment, but also learned some of the more advanced forging techniques and equipment, such as electro-hydraulic hammer, hot boring machine, swinging machine, cross wedge rolling,辗 ring machine, etc. By visiting the tool factory forging workshop, the students witnessed the free forging process of the shaft and ring parts, increased the knowledge of the free forging process, and systematically understood the forging process.
By visiting the thin plate and thick plate workshop of the body shop, the students learned about the production process and equipment of the car cover and the beam. By visiting the wheel factory and the Jifa parts factory, the students learned about the new stamping technology such as the spinning of the wheel. At the same time, it is also understood that the use of simple stamping process, equipment and mold can greatly reduce the cost and significantly improve the efficiency in the case of a small batch of automobile covers. If the drawing die of the welded structure replaces the drawing die of the casting structure, the material can be greatly saved, and the model for casting is not required; the universal hydraulic press replaces the double-action press, which can greatly reduce the cost of the equipment.
By visiting the second foundry, the students learned about the production process of the casting, such as the casting process of the engine block and the subsequent grinding and cleaning process.
Through the visit to the body shop, Jifa parts factory, and wheel factory, students learned about the welding methods, processes and equipment of sheet metal parts, such as spot welding, CO2 gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding.
Through the visit to the tool factory machine shop and Sanxin Mould Factory, the students learned the manufacturing process and equipment of the forging die and die, and learned the mold material and die structure.
By visiting the second engine plant and the chassis factory, the students learned about the cutting process and automatic production line of the auto parts.
By visiting the truck assembly line and the FAW-Volkswagen Bridge assembly line, students have a comprehensive understanding of the car assembly line.
We use a combination of on-site visits, lectures and lectures to intersperse each other so that students can organically combine perceptual knowledge with relevant theories, greatly improving the internship effect and achieving the intended purpose.
Through this production internship, students not only have a perceptual understanding of the manufacturing process and process of auto parts, but also play an active role in the professional study of the next semester, and make them feel their shoulders more responsibility, which will be their future Learning and work have an incalculable effect.
According to the school's requirements for internships, our internship team consists of 6 internship teachers with reasonable structure. With the active cooperation of 6 student teachers, we successfully completed the tasks during the internship.
The main problems in this internship:
The production tasks of trucks and trucks are small, and the truck-related factories are in a semi-discontinued state, so the production process on the site is scarce. For this reason, adjustments were made in time. When the factory had production tasks, it was rushed to visit in time; contact with smaller enterprises with production tasks to make up for the lack of production processes that the big factories could not see.
