As a renewable energy development equipment industry, the wind power equipment manufacturing industry is very optimistic about its development prospects and situation, whether it is from national policy support, domestic and international market demand, product profit, or future sustainable development trend. The wind power industry will be one of the key industries in the country. In the next 2-3 years, more new wind power equipment manufacturers will enter China Nantong. At the same time, there will be a group of old heavy-duty enterprises to carry out products. Structural adjustments are transferred. Then, by that time, our Hongbo wind power was in front of them, and it was still relatively early. Therefore, I believe that the measures taken by shareholders to invest in the wind power industry and the accurate positioning of products and markets are undoubtedly correct and far-reaching, and are a strategic and important measure.

I joined Hongbo Wind Power in November and have previously worked in the management of chemical, real estate, and clothing companies. Joining the wind power industry is also part of my career planning. Today, in the heavy industry, steel structure and other industries, the profits are getting thinner. Today, we all join Hongbo Wind Power, and grow together with such a huge development space, which will play a positive role in promoting our personal development. Here will be a showcase. The best platform for each of us to be able to sit. Therefore, we should all be proud to join Hongbo Wind Power, which is also a highlight of our career development.

During the preparation period of XX, through the joint efforts of all of us and the careful guidance of the general staff, the company successively introduced some management regulations and management files. In preparation for the company, a large amount of textual materials need to be drafted. The preliminary materials established by the company's iso system are also being prepared. The recruitment work of the administrative personnel department is underway. The preparatory work for erp is also underway. The company has established a website, an internal corporate culture network, and a file server to build a preliminary information exchange platform. The personnel of various departments gradually came into being, and the departmental framework was initially formed. Everyone was actively working, and some departmental managers took the initiative to work overtime, and the work was very hard. In short, the preparations for the XX years have progressed smoothly.

Of course, in the process of management work, it also exposes the shortcomings in our work, which are manifested in the unclear concept of work program, unclear powers and responsibilities, weak institutionalized institutional capacity, lack of responsibility for departmental work, etc. These problems have yet to be further improved.

The new year is about to begin. XX is a year with special significance. It is a good year and the Olympic Games will be held in China. For the company, the first order product will organize production, and the corresponding management measures for the core issues of product quality, production efficiency, employee management, corporate culture, etc. should be able to keep up. As for the internal management of the company, my work plan for XX is as follows:
1. Institutional construction and implementation.
After the year, the general manager's office will take the lead, organize the heads of various departments to learn the various management systems that the company has introduced, organize, supervise and inspect the progress of the institutionalization of personnel in each department, the situation of institutionalized training within the department and the progress of implementation. And incorporate the work of institutionalization into the monthly and annual assessment management of each department.

Second, departmental responsibilities and job descriptions.
The administrative personnel department is responsible for taking the lead, and other departments cooperate to carry out work analysis on the various departments and positions of the company, organize the job descriptions of each position except the workers, and clarify the work content, the working relationship, the license and the responsibility. Further provide reference for the company's performance appraisal work.

Third, the process class design.
Enterprises are utilitarian organizations, and they must have goals in their operations. For management as well, the ideas are clear and cannot be ignored. Departmental work and the company's overall operations must be integrated into the process management system. Workflow, operational process, you can't see it, but all business activities are running according to her internal rules. Therefore, in 12 years, each department will be organized according to the department management system to design the work flow chart of the department. On this basis, a reasonable overall operation process of the company will be designed.

Fourth, the organization and implementation of training.
As the main form of corporate human capital investment, more and more companies are aware of the importance of training in the development of enterprises. One of the ways to create a learning organization is training. The ultimate goal is to achieve a win-win situation for employees' personal development and corporate development. The main contents of the company's training work in XX year are: establish a training management system suitable for the company, and carry out company-level and department-level training, including new employee induction training, technical training, management improvement, safety education, and so on. The combination of internal training and external training will gradually improve the overall quality and level of the company's management personnel.

V. Preparation for the preliminary work of performance appraisal.
After the year, the administrative personnel department will take the lead and organize the monthly performance appraisal for the administrative staff of all departments. According to the job description, the monthly performance appraisal will be organized first. The results of the appraisal must be reflected in the salary, encourage the wage gap of the employees, and establish the initial company. The performance appraisal system can suspend the performance appraisal of first-line workers, but some preparatory work that needs to be done in the early stage can not be delayed.

Sixth, the organization and promotion of the iso system.
The company is working on the preparatory work for the establishment of the iso9000 system, and a large amount of text material work needs to be provided. Therefore, after the year, the general manager's office will coordinate the active participation of various departments, in addition to the establishment of 14000 environmental management system and 18000 occupational health and safety management system. After these systems are established, they will be promoted in light of the actual situation of the company.

In addition, there are erp pre-work preparation, team building management, corporate culture development, etc. In short, 2019 is the busiest year for our Hongbo wind power since its preparation.
