1: First of all, in order to strengthen production management in production, the workshop has established detailed rules and regulations. b: To manage efficiency, reasonably divide the work, make good use of people, set up posts for employees, let each employee work in the most suitable position, improve equipment utilization and improve work efficiency. Save production costs.
c: To be effective in management, the understanding of effectiveness I personally think is to play the maximum ability of the individual. At this point, we must pay attention to the employees' ideological dynamics, do a good job of the employees' ideological work according to my personal management experience, and improve the cohesiveness of the employees. This will be effective. Put an end to the phenomenon that employees do not contribute. I think that a good manager should let the superiors feel at ease to the superiors, and let the employees feel that they have a head start with you.
4: In terms of production equipment, maintenance is carried out every month, and someone is responsible. The workshop director is responsible for supervision to ensure normal production, and there is basically no production delay due to equipment damage during the year.
5: The training of new employees is easy and difficult. When the new employees just come, even the packing belt will not be changed. After the training, the workers in the workshop can use all the production equipment. The staff's ideological quality is low. In response to this phenomenon, the workshop will open a working meeting once a week and a quality accident meeting once a month. Improve the ideological quality and technical quality of employees, so that employees will gradually become a qualified canon.
6: In the use of gmp information system, all products have been recorded. The original record is made by one person. From October, one of our two teams has been able to fill in the records independently. Use systems to guide production and reduce the occurrence of quality accidents.
7: The maintenance of the workshop and the maintenance of the factory are also quite good. In addition to the slight scratches on individual doors, no intentional damage was found. No door locks were found to work properly. Hygiene is also indiscriminate. Every sanitation area has a special person in charge. The production auxiliary equipment is cleaned by special personnel. The workers and washing rooms are cleaned and cleaned by special personnel. The division of labor clearly improves the enthusiasm of employees.
8: In the procurement of raw materials, it is basically timely and accurate. In production, it is also produced according to the first report to ensure normal supply.
9: In terms of the treatment of employees, the workshop is equipped with clean overalls and disposable gloves. Masks are distributed on a monthly basis. The salary system is used to improve the enthusiasm of employees, and the monthly salary scale can be delivered to the Finance Department on time, in line with the financial department to pay wages on time.
The shortage of workshops is mainly in the following aspects:
1: The safety awareness of employees is not strong.
