First, the main overhaul work
1. Completed the maintenance work of special equipment 1#, 2# crane: mainly replaced the lifting and grabbing rope; replacing the electrical and bracket assembly, checking and replacing the sliding line and the sliding hanger; The car rail bolts are tightened; the brake cylinders are replaced, and the overweight display is installed on the crane.
2. Completed the maintenance of 1#, 2#, 3#, 4# centrifuges; dismantled the 1# super centrifuge, cleaned the liquid separation tray and outlet line, replaced the o-ring; completed the 2# centrifuge speed measurement Probe replacement; completed overhaul of 3# super centrifuge, mainly for 3# centrifuge disintegration inspection cleaning: transfer, screw, feeding device, gear box, bearing seat, dismounting pulley, connecting flange, bearing, o Replacement parts such as ring, laminated ring, seal ring, etc.; detection: drum, screw, bearing seat, drum end cover, switch cone connecting shaft, spiral small end connecting shaft, screw Rotary big end bearing gland, lubrication system, speed measuring system, vibration protection, oil level interlocking, temperature monitoring system; spiral, turning and balancing test.
3. Completed the routine maintenance, maintenance, leak detection and leakage of the raw material storage area of ​​the product; completed the leakage and replacement of some carbon black oil pipelines, light oil pipelines and concentrated acid pipelines; completed the construction of the oil tank roof Repair welding, heat preservation work; completed the concentrated alkali tank leakage, leak test and insulation work. Due to long-term parking of concentrated alkali tank, the concentrated alkali surface is fixed at 3000mm for a long time, causing interface corrosion. At this height, there is leakage phenomenon twice. After thorough investigation and discussion, use the new rubber to paste and leak. At the same time, the concentrated alkali transfer line is replaced.
4. Complete maintenance of i-series, ii-series, and iii. The main maintenance contents include: leakage of flue gas pipeline, replacement of some flash oil pipelines; cleaning of asphalt valves and replacement of fillers; replacement of solid shafts and hollow shafts by i-series 1# reactor , reducer and cylinder excavation, check brick repair; i series 2# reactor speed reducer maintenance, hollow shaft replacement; i series 3# reactor speed reducer minor repair; ii series 1# reaction kettle body excavation, check brick repair; Iii is the 1# reactor to replace the solid shaft and the slurry rod.
5. For the actual situation of the i-type 1# reaction kettle and the ii-system 1# reaction reactor cylinder, the other reactors were measured for thickness, and all the i-type, ii-series, and iii-type checker bricks were replaced.
6. In combination with the system parking situation, all the upgraded i-series, ii-series, and iii-cylinder flue gas pipelines were completely replaced, which solved the problem of frequent corrosion due to severe corrosion of the flue gas pipeline.
7. Completed the replacement of the upgraded i-series, ii-series, and iii-type flash oil coolers, which solved the problem that the coils of the coolers were weakened by the long-term flash oil, resulting in the overall thinning of the coils and the occurrence of leaks in many places. , prolonging the running time of the modified asphalt and improving the quality of the modified asphalt;
8. Completed the overhaul of the upgraded i-series and ii-type chain plate machine. The asphalt cooling flat conveyor bracket is seriously corroded, and the wear of the chain plate unit directly causes the chain plate machine to run unsteadily and the tension of the chain plate is too large. Ensure asphalt cooling flat conveyor meets production needs, reduce failures and reduce future maintenance costs.
9. Completed the replacement of the i-series, ii-series, and iii-type liquid discharge suction hoods;

Completed the ground filling and filling of the raw materials, product storage area and modified asphalt, as well as the cracking and sinking treatment of the drainage channel, the ground crack and sinking treatment; re-laying the acid-resistant brick in the underground tank of the acid-base unloading truck.

Second, technical transformation projects
1. Completed the transformation work of the condensate transfer pump in the product and raw material warehouse area, completely solved the problems that the original condensate pump is easy to block, the machine seal and the sleeve are easy to be damaged, and indirectly solves the problem that the condensate storage tank is safe due to high pressure. The valve is easy to jump. It is recommended that each workshop adopt this scheme to modify the condensate pump.
2. Completed the transformation of the modified high-temperature trough heating copper pipe. The original heat of the modified asphalt high-slot is φ10 copper pipe. When the material is started to be discharged, the operator needs to heat the high-slot discharge port, which is easy to cause aging and cracking of the heat-donating copper pipe. By making and installing a seamless steel pipe with a heat pipe, the problem of leakage of the heat pipe is completely solved.
3. Completed the transformation of the lubrication pipes of 4#, 5# and 6# tar circulation pumps. The original tar circulation pump self-lubricating pipe is φ6 pipe. Because the tar contains more slag, it is easy to cause the lubrication pipe to be blocked. If the inspection is not timely, it is easy to cause the machine to seal the ring. By thickening the self-lubricating pipe and changing it to φ10 lubrication pipe, the lubrication effect is obviously changed. The original machine seal is required to be replaced every 2 months. Since the transformation, it has not been overhauled for 3 months, and the transformation effect is obvious.
Third, the main transformation work
1. Completed the renovation of the phenol water pipeline. At present, the phenol water in the tar processing plant reaches 6-7 tons per hour, and the maximum reaches 10 tons per hour, causing the phenol water treatment equipment to be overloaded. After transformation, some phenol water is sent to the three recycling treatments, which reduces the pressure of the recovered phenol water treatment, solves the pressure of phenol water transportation in the tar processing plant, and ensures the full operation of the tar processing plant.
2. Completed the transformation of the washing oil pipeline, and solved the problem that the washing pipeline was not thoroughly purged in winter, resulting in blockage of the pipeline.
3. Completed the transformation of sampling points in the raw material storage area, and solved the problem of difficult sampling by operators.
4. Renovation of the medium-temperature platform of asphalt, solving the difficulty of the operator's daily operation of the inverted valve.
Fourth, management work
1. Completed the preparation and revision of the technical regulations for maintenance and repair of all static equipment and transmission equipment in the workshop, and formulated maintenance procedures and acceptance criteria for equipment maintenance;
2. Completed the compilation and summary of equipment drawings, technical materials, and completed materials;

1. Measures to extend the service life of the equipment and deal with the problems found in a timely manner;
2, the knowledge of the super centrifuge is not enough, and it is urgent to strengthen the training. The failure of the equipment can not be said in time, and the problem cannot be dealt with in a targeted manner.
3. The operator is not in accordance with the regulations in terms of parking, and training needs to be strengthened.

5. The inventory and usage of common spare parts for equipment are not well understood, and practical learning should be strengthened.
