Year-end Summary Report of Production Management in 2019
The workshop management work in XX years made me deeply understand that the basic responsibility of workshop production management is to do a good job in production arrangement and adapt to production. Under the specific guidance of the company's leadership and the cooperation of colleagues, I can feel that as the production management staff of the workshop, the most important thing is to position yourself and understand the responsibilities and responsibilities that he shoulders. Therefore, I always remind myself that I must have a high degree of professionalism, be willing to endure hardships, do not live well, and strive to make production arrangements, coordination between departments, and communication and service between employees. At the same time, I also realized the complexity of the production management of the workshop, and the things that need to be faced and dealt with every day involve various departments and all aspects. It is for these reasons that in order to make up for the shortcomings in the work, I will summarize the production arrangements for the whole year and report as follows:
One: With the continuous upgrading and updating of production equipment in our industry, some old and backward machines in our workshop have not been replaced in time. Its operating performance does not meet the ideal requirements, the loss rate of spare parts is large, and production is not guaranteed. There are a total of 5 Yang Peng machines produced in Taiwan in the 1980s, 6 high-speed machines from Shanghai, and 1 set of old Guangye's first-generation drawing machines.
Second: The above situation is reported to Hong. After leading research, the company decided to implement a major replacement of old equipment. The main purchases are: the latest generation of Guangzhou, 4 sets of machines, 4 sets of lean machines, 5 sets of Philippine machines, 3 sets of equipment upgrades, 1 set of the latest drawing machines, and a batch of rear frame of some webbing machines. For the whole year, it has laid a solid foundation for “grasping safety, promoting production and ensuring quality”.
Third: The production equipment has been properly replaced and upgraded, and the production machine has a new problem of insufficient placement. In response to this situation, Hong Zong personally led the team to empty a material warehouse as a production workshop. This has solved the problem and created favorable conditions for future production management.
Fourth: Facing the problem of hindering the development of production, under the guidance of Hong Zong and the company's leadership level, it has been handled reasonably. The supply of materials, Hong Zong is in person to guide the front line. Together with the equipment update, our production has increased from 40 tons per month to 70 tons per month, and the production capacity has increased by more than 75%. In the face of artificial rise and severe employment forms, the company added 10% to the salary increase in the second half of XX, which stabilized the confidence of the first-line production employees and made the company and employees achieve a good profit situation.
Five: All aspects have been improved, but our work flow and personal qualities are still quite backward. Their subjective will and team spirit are quite outdated, which puts a lot of pressure on the managers who are leading the production in the first line. This makes us really face this fact for a long time to come. It is necessary to combine the development trend of the society and help employees to understand their social values in order to enhance their subjective will and contribute to the development of the company.
Six: As the market demands for products is getting higher and higher, the company is also facing new challenges, new development directions, and new and higher requirements for our workshop supervisors. Therefore, I believe that as a workshop manager, we must also adapt to the new situation and further enhance our sense of responsibility, efficiency, and innovation. Strive to do a good job in the production arrangement of the workshop, and be a manager of the name. Since I took over as the supervisor of the workshop, I have received many grievances, but I have also felt a lot and benefited a lot. I sincerely thank Mr. Hong and all the leaders of the company for their trust and thank you for your support of my work. In particular, the cooling and help given when the work is wrong, and help me analyze the cause of the error and correct the error. In the future work, I will openly accept criticism and supervision from all sides, constantly improve myself and make continuous progress.
