1. Grasp the operation and maintenance of line equipment and eliminate hidden dangers in time:
Strengthen the two-season maintenance and daily maintenance management of the equipment. Seriously carry out the "three-set" inspection work to ensure that the implementation is in place, and the hidden dangers of defects that should be discovered should be grasped in time. According to the change of load and seasonal characteristics, we carry out targeted special safety inspections for multiple and dangerous accidents, and take precautionary measures to ensure the healthy operation of equipment.
Actively coordinate with the relevant departments of the Power Bureau to complete the transformer oil insulation performance test and pressure test of this network area.
2. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the safety management work of XX years, revised and improved the “Safety Responsibility Letter” and safety production assessment rules of all levels in XX, continued to adhere to the safety production analysis meeting, and carefully analyzed the safety situation of the whole office. The spirit of seeking truth, pragmatic style, full, strict, detailed, and practical work, creating a new situation of safe production work, and achieving zero goal of safety production accidents.
3. It is necessary to formulate specific plans and arrangements around the “three to six investigations” and continue to rectify the potential safety hazards in the line equipment of this network area. Take all feasible measures and measures, effectively increase the intensity of rectification, and never let go of a hidden danger, leaving no dead ends.
4. Continue to strengthen the study of the new edition of the "Electricity Safety Work Regulations", "Safe Production Work Regulations" and laws and regulations concerning safety production. Efforts will be made to improve the ideology, legal awareness and business skills of employees.
In short, in the past year, under the correct guidance of the safety production work of the Institute and the leaders of the Institute, all the staff members can unify their thinking, clearly understand, and earnestly study the spirit of the instructions of the higher authorities and the basis of the electric safety accident notification issued this year. Pay close attention to safety management, find out the hidden dangers of accidents, and formulate corrective measures to further clarify the safety responsibilities of each person, so that employees attach great importance to their thinking, have a high degree of uniformity in action, and implement responsibility at the next level, enhancing "safety." The ideology of production is greater than the sky, and the responsibility for safety is heavier than the mountain. Unswervingly grasp the implementation of various measures to ensure the safe operation of the power grid and social power supply, reduce personnel liability accidents, reduce general power grid, general equipment accidents, reduce external damage accidents, and ensure the realization of the overall safety production targets in XX.
