4 Printing machine unwinding automatic material feeding has only been 85% of the success rate of the material, which caused the company to waste. After in-depth research, it was found that there was an unreasonable phenomenon in the design of the machine. After processing the parts and reforming the pressure arm, the current success rate was 95%--98%, improve efficiency and save materials.

5 printing knife pendulum box, the design is unreasonable, each time the motor is removed, it can be added, it is a serious waste of time for maintenance, after the small change, you can now refuel without removing the motor, which is convenient for maintenance. Save time.

7The composite pe material is large and heavy. Every time the supplier unloads the material, there are damages, traces and compound waste on the surface. It is proposed to build the unloading buffer frame and receive a large effect.

8 In 08 and XX years, we have ordered 0pp, primary color ink and compound glue. This year, we have arranged for the “Jinliufu” product without affecting the quality of the product. In 2019, we will use up the pet and hope to stock. Turn into a liquid benefit.

In the second half of the year of 9XX, the number of multi-functional machines and bag-making machines was insufficient. After the contact with the work, the existing supercompressor and bag-making director joined the company and strengthened the company's technical strength.

The 10 compound machine does not have its own dedicated sample platform, so there is often a blind spot in the quality monitoring. Now, in December, the company has applied for the construction of a sample platform. In addition, in November, the US has a complaint color difference, and now each batch of finished product shipments are sampled, so as to compare the batches.

Second, the machine summary:

There is no major safety production accident in the printing press compound machine throughout the year;

Machine maintenance is in place and there are no major machine accidents;

Old compound machine system problems often occur;

Presses from January to December 24:

The feed was 12,563,12 meters, the output was 12,160,089 meters, the average loss was 3.3%, and the subsequent order was expected to be 5%.

Compound from January to December:

The feed was 21,124,661 meters, the output was 20,901,455 meters, and the average loss was 1.1%. There was no accurate calculation of the post-process loss.

Main work plan for 2019:

1 There are four or five sets of printing presses, and the top-of-rack box leaks oil. The replacement project is large. The ink pump nozzles often fall off and waste ink. When the production is not busy, take time to replace.

2 Static electricity has a great influence on the printing and winding, shallow network transfer, electrostatic ignition is a safety problem, I hope the company invests small money, replacement, the price is not expensive, the effect is good.

3 printing machine color system often crashes, composite machine modules often out of control, resulting in product batch accidents, I hope the company can upgrade this year.

4 Re-customizing the actual width of printed and composite materials, which can reduce the wide material and save production costs.

Set to 4.5%, composite 1.5%, the actual printing time of the printing press is much less than the preparation work. This year's work plan roller cleaning, solvent matching, ink stick cleaning, please be responsible for one person, and the pre-production construction sheet. Need ink, advance class, the initial color phase is 90%, which will greatly improve the printing machine production efficiency.

6 The amount of glue on the compound machine is beautiful in the early stage, and it can be done in the later stage.

Rationalization proposal

There are two main factors restricting production in 1XX: 1. Raw materials are not on time, 2. The use of power cuts affects the progress of production, and we hope that the company will discuss countermeasures.

2 I hope that each construction order produced this year can be accompanied by a detailed use form of raw materials, which will be filled in by the production team. This will reflect the production cost of each order. In addition, the products can be traced and the raw materials of the suppliers can be used. The ability to track product quality.

3 This year, the customer has complaints about the printing color. In addition to the department's own work, I propose that the quality inspector should first determine the color of the product, sign it and then reproduce it. During the production process, it will be checked by the quality inspection. I hope there is more. The department checks to reduce the occurrence of quality accidents and improve customer satisfaction.

4 printing machine ink price is relatively expensive, some employees will occasionally spill on the ground, and the ink tray after printing the product is not scraped clean storage, do not cherish the use of rags, I hope the company approves the establishment of reward and punishment system, based on the team Every month, the assessment is 100 yuan - 200 yuan for the team that is doing well, and the penalty is not good.

5 Now there are many machines. It is expected that the summer temperature will be high, which will have a great impact on the products produced. I hope the company can slightly improve the temperature and humidity of the workshop.
