With the strong support of Xu, a new production team was formed under the coordination of Fan Manager. After the establishment of the new team, the ideological work of the unified staff was placed in a prominent position, and the "sincere unity, truth-seeking and progress" was put forward. As a concept, I personally take responsibility for myself, strengthen coordination in all aspects, use different occasions to emphasize the importance of solidarity, adopt different forms, educate and guide all employees to unify their thinking, and further enhance the employees' overall interests. The sense of ownership, the cohesiveness of the enterprise, and the centripetal force have been comprehensively strengthened. Under the leadership of General Xu, all employees have renewed their new enthusiasm for work, based on their own duties and selfless dedication, providing a strong spiritual motivation for the completion of the production tasks assigned by the production department.
