First, go all out and go to production together, thick and heat-treated
At the beginning of XX, our arduous task was not very full. Under such circumstances, we ensured the normal production of the heat while strengthening the study of heat treatment personnel. In the absence of any arduous tasks, we organized a group of thick staff to fully debug and rectify the thick and medium frequency furnaces. During the equipment commissioning and rectification stage, our workers have shown a high degree of enthusiasm for work, especially our squad leader Yu Liangyou and Wang Haipeng, who climbed up and down on the equipment, worked hard, not afraid of dirty and not tired. , thinking broadly, solved a lot of problems in the equipment.
In the face of the urgent need for the heat treatment line to be opened in the factory, we stopped a thick team and returned the relevant personnel of the oven to the heat treatment line. Our workers followed the factory every day to adjust the equipment. If they didn't understand, they asked, they worked hard and practiced. Finally, they had the conditions for the oven. Faced with the urgent requirements for the repair of insulated pipes in the factory, according to the requirements of the production office, our workshop sent nine people to work on the insulation pipe repair line. Whether it is rainy or hot sunny days, they have not interrupted their work. Insulation pipe repair is a very difficult job, dirty and tired, plus open-air work, sun drying, gas cutting, but our workers did not have a complaint.
From the end of June, with more and more orders in the factory, the production of a thick line can not fully meet the demand for external thickening tubing. According to the requirements of the factory leaders, we will also install two equipments on the west line. Opened up. Because some of the supporting equipment of these two equipments are still not perfect, and the ambient temperature of the workshop has been very high, it is around 40 degrees every day, causing some workers to suffer from heatstroke. However, in order to meet the needs of the external thickening pipe in the factory, in order to complete the task with quality and quantity, our workers have insisted on sticking their teeth.
Equipment frequently fails, we work overtime to repair, and we must not delay normal production. On May 6th, the machine attached to the No. 4 machine failed, and the furnace and the feeding roller did not move manually. According to the common knowledge of hydraulic maintenance, the solenoid valve is blocked. But when we blow this valve, we block the other, so we clean one by one and find the reason all the way. It took nearly a day to fix it. In order to complete the task on time, our squad leader, maintenance and shift schedule have no food to eat, first come to engage in equipment. Problems like this are endless, and equipment maintenance work is carried out almost every day.
Second, in the second half of the year, we were fully committed to paying for the production. Our production tasks were not saturated enough in the first half of the year, but since the end of June, our production tasks have increased. From July to July, basically at least XXt production tasks can be completed every month. Especially in November, when we split half of the people to set up the heat treatment workshop, we can also complete the tubing thickness of nearly 4500t. This is a history. Since then, the highest output has been produced. Of course, behind the achievements, there are countless sweats inside.
As the output increases, the equipment failure rate also increases significantly. The most laborious thing here is the replacement of the filling valve seal and the lower cylinder seal of the master cylinder. Due to defects in manufacturing and installation, there are often damages to the filling valve seal ring and the lower chamber seal ring of the master cylinder. The replacement of these places is very laborious. Generally, it takes about 6-7 hours to change one stop. time. This invisibly affects our production and production plans. Like other small problems, basically every day, now our maintenance level is relatively high, basically can solve the problem quickly. But sometimes there are some headaches. Like the bad mid-frequency in August-September, we looked for faults for 2 days and Zhanggong has been busy here to find the problem, but it has not been successful. Finally we had to call the factory. However, the manufacturer Lao Wang has been repaired here for 4 days and still has no results.
Facing the frequent welding of equipment pipelines and the cracking of welding joints, we decided to imitate the wiring of the hydraulic pipeline of CITIC Straightening Machine, the high-pressure hose at the end, and the high-pressure seamless steel pipe in the middle. After the heat treatment workshop was set up separately, we occupied only the west line for production because we occupied the inbound and outbound materials of our thick east line. While we were producing, our squad leader, Yu Liangyou and Wang Haipeng, carried out the east line. After the rectification, after four months, all the four beds on the east line were rectified. The four units on the west line were also rectified while failing to produce, and basically they were all rectified. This laid a solid foundation for better production in the future.
In addition, we worked together to jointly research the end-fired scheme of the n80 pipe, which will save a lot of money for our plant.
Third, next year's XX years of busy work, we have a lot of harvest, and completed the tasks very satisfactorily, but there are still many gaps from the requirements of the factory leaders. Looking forward to next year, we have more things to prepare, go to work, and continue to improve:
