3. Reasonable optimization of the parts warehouse. In response to problems such as dirty warehouse parts, rusting products, incorrect size, unstable quality, and unclear number of parts, the production department representative meeting decided to thoroughly rectify the warehouse. Beginning on October 5th, finishing and detailing, it is now beginning to bear fruit. After more than one month of reorganizing and reorganizing the warehouse on the first floor, it is possible to achieve a clear-cut effect by region, category, and label.
