4. 5, process method and detail management: the biggest loophole in the production system is not enough in terms of process, process, and details. If there is no process card in the production process, no drawings, no records, no statistics, the production efficiency cannot be counted, and the employee level cannot be assessed. Faced with this phenomenon, starting from August, the workshop executives placed the order process card in place, the statistical work method and the employee production diary method. 6. Second, personnel management:

3. Incentive mechanism. Beginning in July, employees with good performance in the workshop will be given appropriate incentives, such as calling a few good performances to go out to eat, by the way, what are their thoughts on work or promotion, and any good advice on production management? Third, the production structure: For the information feedback of the sales department, the production department has adopted the following improvements in the production structure.
1. Outsourcing meeting: For the sales report, the production department did not deliver the goods in time, and the product quality had problems. The production department organized the external communication meeting, and the current company's outsourcing customers were convened to the company for effective communication, and the company's current products existed. The delivery of the product is not timely and the feedback information of the product quality customer makes an important explanation to the external association, and proposes a mutual understanding and mutual promotion cooperation method. 3. Reasonable optimization of the parts warehouse. In response to problems such as dirty warehouse parts, rusting products, incorrect size, unstable quality, and unclear number of parts, the production department representative meeting decided to thoroughly rectify the warehouse. Beginning on October 5th, finishing and detailing, it is now beginning to bear fruit. After more than one month of reorganizing and reorganizing the warehouse on the first floor, it is possible to achieve a clear-cut effect by region, category, and label. And all kinds of product accessories are packed in plastic bags and oiled to ensure that the products after storage are properly preserved and used are qualified products! After finishing the work, the warehouse implements the principle of “first in, first out”, re-specifying the maximum and minimum limits of various product accessories in the warehouse, which is conducive to the production of reasonable plans and reduce inventory costs!

Fourth, product quality and detail management: At present, the company's products often have quality problems and return, on the one hand, the details of the staff assembly or packaging are not in place, such as the machine table and fixture verticality is not enough, the length of the screw is not Appropriate, the strength of the screw is not enough, the screw is rusted, and the surface of the machine is scratched and lack of material. It is the management of these details that is not in place that leads to the return of the customer! On the other hand, our technical aspects are flawed.
