The new year is coming. Looking back on the whole year, each member of the mechanics team, under the leadership of the leaders, strictly abides by the rules and regulations of the factory and strictly demands themselves from all aspects. We have always insisted on taking the actual situation in the factory as the starting point, taking the premise of ensuring the normal operation of the machine, aiming at minimizing the maintenance cost and shortening the maintenance work time, thus laying the foundation for each workshop to complete various production tasks on time. Good foundation. Although the working environment of the mechanics is more complicated, each member of the mechanics team is diligent and willing to carry forward the spirit of not being afraid of hardship, unity and hard work, and constantly improve their professional ethics and professional skills. Thus, the tasks have been accomplished well in a series of challenges. Since the beginning of the year, with the joint efforts of the leaders and all the mechanics, the following outstanding achievements have been achieved:

First, sum up the previous work experience and adopt a more reasonable working method. In terms of personnel scheduling, a method of machine repair, electrician coordination, and mutual cooperation was adopted. It simplifies the maintenance program and shortens the maintenance man-hours.

Second, the various tasks in the renovation and installation of the pickling workshop were successfully completed on schedule.

Third, completed the overhaul tasks such as replacement of bearings, parts and repairs for various bolt machines, nut machines, wire drawing machines and tempering furnaces.

Fourth, completed the renovation and expansion of the air compressor room. The air compressor room ventilation facilities are more perfect and the layout is more reasonable. The addition of an air compressor completely solved the problem of insufficient air pressure in the past.

Fifth, completed the installation of the Lianyang Road warehouse in the maintenance work.

Sixth, for the first time, the replacement and maintenance of the bearings and lead screws of the planer, the grinding machine, and the lathe were completed.

Of course, some problems have been unavoidable in the actual work and maintenance process, and some shortcomings have been discovered:

First, the security awareness is not strong enough. Some security measures have not been perfected. When working at heights, there is often no seat belts. When it is raining, it is welded in the wetlands. No oxygen and tempering devices are installed in the blocks.

Second, due to the operator's improper operation, it accelerates the wear or reimbursement of machine parts. This increases the maintenance workload and maintenance costs.

Fourth, under the premise of meeting the performance of the machine, some components can be prioritized to replace them with more economical and practical ones. Processing conditions can be processed in the factory to reduce maintenance costs and reduce maintenance costs. For example, the oil pump used in the machine can be changed to a gear pump when the requirements for use are met. Imported parts can be replaced with domestic parts instead.

Based on the above phenomena and deficiencies, in the following year, the mechanics team will continue to summarize work experience, continuously improve working methods, flexibly apply various resources according to actual conditions, improve work enthusiasm, and constantly compare with the actual development of the factory. Combine and overcome all difficulties, and strive to ensure the normal operation of the machine, reduce maintenance costs and maintenance work hours. Even in the unfavorable environment of the global financial crisis, we have reason to believe that under the company's wise decision-making, with the joint efforts of the whole factory staff, the company will usher in another broader development space.
