Personal summary of the new employees of the workshop technology department


I am fortunate enough to work in the Ministry of Technology. In this short month of January, under the correct guidance of the company's leadership, I have a certain understanding and mastery of craftsmanship, quality and technology. With the help of my colleagues, I quickly became familiar with the company environment and adapted to new jobs. I will briefly summarize my work as follows:

Active learning, adapt as quickly as possible, and quickly become familiar with the environment and work content. First of all, familiarize yourself with the product manufacturing process as soon as possible, and go to the site to step on and patrol; secondly, take the initiative and humbly to the leaders and colleagues to consult and learn, and basically grasp the daily work content, work process and working methods. Work actively, conscientiously and responsibly, through continuous learning, humbly asking for advice, summing up accumulation, and better accomplishing various tasks.

In a short period of one month, although familiar with the manufacturing process of products, there is still a big gap from the ideal requirements. In the future, I will further strictly demand myself, strengthen study, strive to improve my own level, give full play to my strengths, and complete each work with enthusiasm, enthusiasm and meticulousness.

In the workshop, there are often job instructions that can't be found. In response to these problems, I feel that the workshop should have a table with folders. The files will be managed by the helper, compiled, cataloged, and sorted into categories. Not messy.

I used to call or verbally to change some product processes and other requirements. Everyone has different opinions when I rework. I hope to send them to us by file signature or email, which not only finds a text for each manager. The basis of sex, but also a rare training material for each of the later personnel. Through effective standardized management, the error rate is reduced, thereby greatly alleviating the contradiction between production and other departments. The improvement of production relations has promoted the development of productivity.

Considering that some people in the production workshop sometimes take time off and the production is not smooth, they should be accompanied by a multi-capacity person. If there is a person who can take time off, they can ask for the top position. If we don't have any problems at the scene, we can ask the "Multi-energy" personnel.

Management of tools. The tool is very important to us. It used to be a loss for the company because there were many tools that disappeared unclearly. In order to strengthen management in this area, we have to number all the production and electromechanical tools, and all of them are kept at the end of the case. The tools are managed by themselves. They are personally responsible for their own disappearance. Everyone must sign if they want to take tools. In order to find.

Although I have studied hard and learned a lot about the product technology, but throughout the month, there are still many mistakes. For example, if the new personnel are training, they will not follow up further, resulting in the occurrence of solder joint problems. I feel very embarrassed about this. In the future, in order to follow the similar history, the next process must be checked in the key positions, so that problems can be discovered early and dealt with early.

I also feel that the company's management system is constantly changing and improving, which proves that company leaders are exploring the search for more advanced management methods.

In the new historical situation, new problems are always emerging. Process, technology and quality are the soul of the company. Process technology serves production. It is an opportunity and a challenge for me. The society is always making progress, the economy is always moving forward, and the problem cannot be dragged on. The ancients said: "With copper as a mirror, you can wear a crown; with history as a mirror, you can know how to replace it; with a human mirror, you can understand the gains and losses." I take history as a sign, accumulate experience, look at the future, and move toward higher goals. go ahead.

In order for the company to survive and develop better, we should have our own products and develop from the processing industry to the manufacture of our own products. This is a challenging problem. Only by setting a long-term and detailed plan can we better control the overall situation.
