First, the production equipment maintenance work.

1. Strengthen the daily inspection and management of equipment. A patrol inspection route has been established for the inspection equipment, and daily inspections are carried out to the people. The technicians and directors conduct inspections and supervision, and implement an effective reward and punishment system. This will enable the shop floor staff to know the operation of the equipment. When the equipment is overhauled, the problematic equipment can be re-patented. This not only saves maintenance time, but also solves problems in a targeted manner to ensure the quality of maintenance. In order to solve this problem, the workshop organizes technical personnel to carry out the research. The time is not repeated on the coal. Finally, the problem is finally found. The original startup current of the crusher is too large to affect the switching power supply of the plc, and the plc suddenly loses power. After the installation of the 1# slag machine inverter, the dcs can not be adjusted, and the slag machine manufacturer debugging personnel can't find the problem. After the workshop knows the situation, we immediately arrange the workshop technicians to solve the problem on site. Finally, it was found that several parameters of the inverter were set incorrectly, and the external wiring was also reduced by two. After solving these problems, the slag machine was running normally.

Second, the production equipment technical transformation project work. In order to achieve production efficiency, the company has made many modifications to the first-stage production system. In these technological transformations, our workshops fully cooperate with the process to carry out electrical technical design and equipment installation and construction. The design and installation of these technically modified electrical parts have been successful. details as follows:

Third, the annual overhaul work. In order to improve the sense of responsibility of each employee and ensure the quality of maintenance, our workshop has implemented a work order responsibility system. Each work order records each work content, work completion person, fault location, completion status, safety person in charge, etc., and also requires the user to accept the work. After the acceptance, the work order is archived, so as to check the quality problems appearing in the maintenance, The relevant responsible person will be punished. This greatly enhances the responsibility of the maintenance personnel and ensures the quality of the maintenance. Electrical maintenance is a big problem. Due to the number of jobs involved, in the power outage maintenance, in order to avoid misuse of power transmission, our workshop has strict requirements for the team leader before the maintenance. When the power is stopped, the operating ticket system must be strictly implemented, and the procedures should be followed to ensure the safety of the maintenance personnel. After we took the above measures, through the joint efforts of our workshop maintenance personnel, we finally completed the maintenance task with quality and quantity, and made due contributions to the successful completion of the maintenance work. The major overhaul was completed:

1. Oxygen pump current transformer replacement; 307a part main connector replacement; power distribution room power-off cleaning and fastening; all 10kv transformer minor repair; on-site power distribution cabinet overhaul; the whole plant motor junction box inspection and other 37 maintenance items.

2. 110kv zone equipment preventive test, protection of the whole set of calibration; 10kv equipment preventive test, protection of the whole set of calibration; plant grounding resistance test, DC system, communication system inspection and other 20 test items.

Fourth, workshop maintenance, maintenance personnel training. Our workshop has developed a detailed staff training system and has corresponding assessment rules. The workshop often organizes the squad leader and technician to conduct spot training and training, and organizes relevant technicians to give lectures to improve the theoretical and technical level of the employees. Organize the team to carry out the simulation operation with the motor control circuit, and the workshop technicians artificially create the fault, let the employees find and improve the actual operation level of the employees.

Fifth, the workshop equipment account management work. According to the requirements of the company and mobile management, our workshop has carried out detailed statistics on the electrical equipment of the whole company, as follows:

Sixth, the workshop still has many problems in equipment management and maintenance:

1. Each workshop does not arrange for the person to be handled when handling the "Maintenance License". According to the regulations, the person in charge of maintenance should handle the "Maintenance License", but for various reasons, it is the chemical operation personnel who often register the tickets.

2. At the end of the overhaul, there is no overhaul of the “management permit” held by the person in charge. Since the check-in is for chemical operators, the Maintenance License is usually lost when the shift is completed.

3. The workshop equipment management account needs further refinement. The workshop will gradually improve and refine the equipment management account according to the requirements of mobile management.

4. There are still hidden dangers in the temporary line management of the site. For example, the temporary lines such as lighting and electric welding machines that are required to be installed during on-site inspections are often not notified to the electricians after the inspection, and the electricians do not know whether the on-site inspections are over, so that the temporary lines are always charged and placed on the site, posing a hidden danger.
