I. Capital Construction Management In the construction market and construction project management, we strictly follow the provisions of the “Safe Production Law”, “Safety Management Regulations for Construction Engineering”, “Architectural Law”, “Regulations on Construction Market Management of Yunnan Province” and other laws and regulations. Continue to strictly implement the construction project construction system and construction permit system. In order to strictly supervise the issuance of construction permit and improve work efficiency, the bureau also specially printed the certificate materials and the list of conditions for acceptance and approval that must be provided for the “Construction Construction Permit”. All construction projects that have complete the approval procedures for project approval and meet the requirements must be approved by the leadership of the bureau before the project construction procedures and construction permits are granted, and construction is permitted. At the same time, according to the “Regulations on the Safety Supervision and Construction Supervision of Construction Projects in Yunnan Province” issued by the Provincial Construction Department, all new projects have been submitted for safety report and supervision. All projects that have not been submitted for security report and obtained the permit will not be awarded. Permits, where the materials are incomplete, the construction unit must be required to complete the required materials before handling. Therefore, the supervision and management of construction project safety has been strengthened to ensure the safety of people's lives and property. In XX, a total of 25 units of construction projects and construction permits were handled, with a total construction area of 39,661 square meters and a total investment of 34,658,100 yuan.

III. Housing safety appraisal The safety appraisal of the house is also an important task of the construction industry management department of the Construction Bureau. Since September, it has actively assisted the county school security office to complete the appraisal of the 369 d-class dangerous buildings in the county of China. The total area is 62,198 square meters. In addition, the engineering and technical personnel were dispatched to cooperate with the county school security office to complete the safety appraisal of the house in addition to the d-class house in the county of China, providing a scientific basis for protecting the life and property safety of all the teachers and students of the county.

Actively and properly handle security accidents On August 6 this year, the county town Rongcheng had a high-rise fall death safety accident on the c-type commercial and residential building site of Hongtai Kangcheng.
