There are so many questions that we need to think about. How to effectively return to the various small links in production is our current basic task. We need to first standardize and deploy the various links we expect, so that employees have rules to follow. In the minds, the sense of crisis of employees has been further enhanced, and further improvement of knowledge in all aspects has become a top priority for workshop employees. In the face of the current form and tasks, my class must choose a set of operating modes that are more in line with the new line to adapt to the business activities of our class, so as to improve the work of the team. After several months of continuous exploration and practice, several of our squad leaders summed up a set of operating modes that are more suitable for my class.
First of all, we must let employees have a "provincial" concept. It is recommended to implement eight wastes. Bad, repaired waste 2. Waste of processing, 3. Waste of action, 4. Waste of handling, 5. First of all, in the actual production process, the team can coordinate all aspects of the work well, and can carry out various tasks from the aspects of cultivating staff quality and improving work efficiency, and can effectively use human resources to make reasonable arrangements and conscientiously organize production; In order to improve the overall quality of the team members, the team gradually rotated the positions of employees, giving them the opportunity to contact and master the operational skills of each position.
